Your guidance was inadequate for adult children preparing a tax return for parents who are both deceased. No guidance on Form 1310. No guidance on how to sign the return.

Our federal tax return was rejected by the IRS for not having an IP PIN. Your review process before filing did not tell us this was missing. Fire the 15 year olds coding your software and get someone with a fully developed brain.

Generally easy to use and appears to be accurate. However, the interface sometimes required keychain access that was not available at my end, complicating the process when I was almost finished.

too much talk about all Turbo does for you, but when you ask any question there is always a fee associated with the answer. Simple is less and less is better.

Rating is dropping from 5 stars to 2 star because TT2025 requires Windows 11. This is wholly unnecessary. We should not have to borrow a computer just for a simple software program.

I've always liked using Turbo Tax for my taxes. This year the program seems more robotic and less focused on the customer. its a sign of the times, I guess. otherwise I like knowing all the calculations are accurate.

Did poor job with Social Security lump sum prior years... asked for prior yr taxable SS amount for 2024,,, when entered Turbo says everything was ok but at filing said error and would not accept for transmittal... vey confusing and frustrating.

This year's version was the worst version of Turbo Tax in over 20 years!!! Lot's of glitches- problems importing last years taxes, etc. When putting in W2 info, there's a drop down menu of stats, that doesn't include TEXAS!!!!!!

While it is fairly easy to use, I don't like having to pay additional for another state. It should include 2 states. I already have to pay to file electronically in PA. Having to pay for the PA version plus the efile fee is ridiculous.

Need more flexibility to go to certain parts in step-by-step; it's easy to get caught up in a loop. Also, need to be able open any form I want. That's the way it use to be.
