not happy this year, was not disclosed in advance that would have to upgrade to windows 11. which was not possible on the computer that had all previous tax files. also deluxe no longer computes capital gains!

I was very pleased with TurboTax. I did speak to an expert about some questions that I had and she was very helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with her guidance concerning the questions that I had.

I decided to not download my Fidelit Brokerage 1099. I am a co-owner on my son's account and it downloaded his 1099... even though it had his social security number as the primary owner.

Estimated taxes for next year is full of bugs and unnecessary repetitions. Federal expectations for less income next year are not carried to state and are impossible to enter so that the forms are filled out properly.

This is the 2nd yr in a row where TurboTax (beta?) had an error...not me, Turbotax...that I could only resolve after an hour with a Live Expert. [They were helpful, btw, but I shouldn't have to go there with a routine return.]

Very disappointed in Turbo Tax 2025. TT2024 was much easier to use when importing my short and long term gains from stock investments. Charles Schwab and Robinhood worked seamlessly in last years version of Turbo Tax.

I like how it points out potential tax issues and provides a reference. The number one reason I by TurboTax is that all the detailed data stays local to my PC hard drive and not on some internet server. I like my privacy.

Worked flawlessly and provided useful tips along the way. For me it got glitchy while trying to wrap up and efile, kept looping without progressing. But never had that problem in prior years.

Easy to use. I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years for me and my family. I don't look forward to doing my taxes every year but the system makes its easy. It guides you through every tax break you can get.

I live in Virginia and file my State return by mail. However, your app does not make that easy/obvious and your printout says that I filed electronically when I did not... Now I have to look up the mail address myself...
