THIS IS THE WORST TURBOTAX VERSION I HAVE EVER USED!!!! MULTIPLE GLITCHES IN SOFTWARE, HAD TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE PROGRAM 3 TIMES DUE TO IT DIDN'T WANT TO EFILE FEDERAL TAX RETURN. IT SAID IT WAS SUCESSFUL, THEN SAID IT FAILED BECAUSE I WAS NOT ELIGIBLE............NOT HAPPY WITH TURBOTAX THIS YEAR. NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS BEFORE.

I have been using TurboTax for at least 20 years. I like that I can choose between step-by-step guidance or just go straight to the form I need to work on. It works through my retirement accounts, investments, and side business expenses, as well as all my donations and other charitable work. I have a good system now for collecting all of the financial paperwork that will be needed, and once I sit down to do them, it usually only takes a couple of hours. It even handled inheritance income a few years ago.

Very good tax software have been using for 25 plus years and have seen the growth of the software in that time. It imports previous tax information very well so as to take some of the burden of not having to input information every year. Have not had any problems with accuracy of my returns. Will continue to use in the future.

In 2025, I paid approximately $37K in estimated taxes in quarterly installments, plus another $20+ in pension and IRA withholding. The Federal refund of overpayment, because of the increased standard deduction was $8.8K. Your software which prepared the tax return for 2025 did not show any estimated taxes due, even though nothing is expected to have changed. No vouchers were produced, even though I will probably still have to pay about $8.5K quarterly. This is a serious flaw in that some may think they do not have to pay any estimated tax for h current tax year, This will obviously result in a major interest penalty. We have utilized Turbo Tax for our tax preparation for many, many years. My main issue is the inability of Turbo Tax and our investment company to properly import investment data. Turbo Tax requires a great portion of this complex item to be manually input. I don't know if it is an issue with our investment company or something else, but it is very stressful to get through that portion of our return.

TT did not appear to be as user friendly as in the past years. The most annoying aspect was e-filing FED and electing to print State and mail it in. TT appeared to not let me go beyond a certain point in the filing sequence because I was not e-filing the STATE. Essentially, I had to fast forward to "print for my records and print the state forms that needed to go into the mail. Quit trying to sell me the add-ons and allow for a logical sequence to finish and file the way I want to.

The font needs to be larger both in the main areas while using, and very much larger when using the help and further explanation drop downs. It would be helpful to have an automatic Save File prompt periodically while completing the return, as it can be open for quite a lengthy time. Or at least a prompt to save manually periodically.

I've been using Turbotax since 2015. I don't think I could manage doing my taxes without Turbotax to guide me in figuring out some of the stuff that I'd have difficulty doing on my ow. I rely on it and I trust Turbotax to get it right. So far, it has.

using Turbo Tax for nearly all my life has become easier every year. it was a little more difficult this year with some retirement tax situations but the interface is excellent for running you through all the expected incomes, deductions, etc. There is absolutely no reason why I would not use it next year again!

I have been using turbo tax for years. I am very satisfied with it. I do wish I could have gotten a hard cd of the program this year. I worry that something will happen to my computer and I will not be able to easily access my information. I also wanted to do my sons taxes and I am not sure how to load the program on his computer so the records will be on his computer
