[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Night Owl system is great. Only took me about an hour to install the whole system. It consists of 4 wired cameras and the 1tb DVR. Video quality is amazing during the day, very little false alarms due to the human tracking feature. It does an amazing job knowing the difference of a person, car, animal, and shadows from the sun changing. My old system would get tons of false alarms because of the lighting changing through out the day. This system is easy to use, the interface on the DVR is easy to navigate around, and the mobile app works very well too. It's put together nicely. Cameras work very well at night too. I get better color in darker lighting then my old system and the night vision is amazingly clear. I can rest at night knowing I have a great system watching over my property and family while we are sleeping or away from home. If you are looking for a security system, don’t hesitate to get this one. The DVR is expandable to 12 cameras which is more then you’ll ever need. I’m am extremely happy with this Night Owl system, having the 4K Resolution is a game changer, and a must have. The detail is incredible. Love it. Very happy with this system!

Not so good...the cables! It was not difficult to install. My husband and I installed all the cameras by our self, but all those cables where a hassle. The hard work pays off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting a security system for quite some time now. With running a business from home and constantly receiving packages, I was becoming concerned with items going missing. This so far has worked great. I like the fact that it has night vision. Not blurry night vision like some security systems, this is clear. I can see what is actually out there. So far we've seen many deer and racoons, lol which I enjoy seeing. The system itself was pretty easy to install, my husband did it in an afternoon. I was able to sync my smartphone with it with ease. I also have it linked t my PC, which is nice. I can now see the UPS driver "up close and personal" when he's dropping off my packages. Totally clear images which is great. While they state these are weather resistant, we placed these under covered areas on the front porch, patio and under the eaves. We were a little intimidated at first when we opened the box, and saw all that is involved to installing these. But like I stated above. It was pretty easy and my hubby had it done in an afternoon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about these cameras. They have alot of great features and works perfect. I love the fact that you can see who's approaching your house or business at night or messing around where they shouldn't. The motion sensors work great . These are made very well and works perfect. I highly recommend these cameras.

WOW! Awesome buy! I had the installer put all 8 cameras inside and outside around my house. I love the feature on the app where you can shut off the spotlights because I really didn't want the lights in my house but absolutely wanted them on all outdoor cameras! The lights are super bright which I love so it's like a deterrent for anyone who comes on my property!

This was an upgrade from an older Night Owl system. The motion detection on the older system resulted in a lot of "false alarms" so most of the time the notifications were turned off. This system does a much better job of detecting humans and therefore reducing false notifications. My only complaint is that the app and CMS software could use a little more detail on all the features and instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a extra easy product to set up and manage, quite surprisingly. Once I set it up the camera picture was very clear. This product is well worth the purchase and for a non-IT person as myself it is overwhelming or too much. Great product to ensure your property is safe.

I bought this product a month ago and I'm satisfied that it works with my existing ever focase and LTS cameras and it came with more cameras to add on I am however not satisfied with the sharing teacher in the app it resides when it wants to work but I will forever have night owl as my 1st choice in security cameras

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a week ago, this is so perfect even when the internet was off it clearly shown everything happening outside! We can watch all the corners of our house, our dog, visitors, and the car. Definitely recommend to anyone who asks and I show them how well it works. Only downside, The light stays on for some reason.. I think it's the indicator light but otherwise it's fantastic to have. The tough times we all have to deal with, I'm glad to have this security camera set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup for the night will 4k system is relatively easy. It comes with a generous length of coax for connecting the cameras. My favorite feature is the spot light built in for night time. I live in a very rural area, so it gets quite dark. Having the extra light is nice to have. The cameras themselves put out a great image that I can view on our tv or my phone. This is a great system to gain added security around your property. I plan on adding more cameras that extend to my shop on the back of the property.
