Night Owl 4K Cameras with 2TB NVR Security System, 8pk.

Had a terrible time connecting to the app - had to contact customer service numerous times to make it work. Now the firmware shuts down every few days forcing reboots. Will be returning

I just had my new DVD sent too me. It’s nice such a great up grade from my old one.

Excellent product

Terrible system. Firmware issues, system reboots all the time and loses settings, if you log out of the app, you are not getting back in. I called and spoke with a technician, we worked on issues for 2 and 1/2 hours. We tried multiple things. He stated that they would send a new unit under warranty, however, they are not doing as stated. I sent the receipts requested an all they say is there engineering team is working on it. I called on January 3, today is January 16th. If I can't have a security system that works, what good is waiting? Why did I spend so much an unreliable system? We had a perfectly working system in place and tried to upgrade to this... This is not an upgrade.  
I HAVE CALLED FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND HAVE HAD NO RESOLVE... Back up your warranty or give me a refund!

Terrible Read through the Reviews.. Many issues

Replacing an Old Night Owl system, almost went with another Brand because the old system was so bad in App remote connectivity and pic quality. 
Decide to give a chance on new 4k system with existing cable. 
i made a great decision to stay with Night Owl, New system have great connections and great pics.
