Purchased this system and had alot of issues with the firmware install. I contacted customer support via the chat ( only option) and the guy was very helpful. We were unable to get it working so he put it for a warranty claim to get me a new DVR. I got an automatic email saying 24-48 hours for a response. However 7 days later I haven’t got a response back. I was able to fix the issue on my own. The warranty department is a joke. The camera seem to work well even though when viewing on your phone there is a 5-6 second lag. But it’s a cheap system so I wasn’t expecting much.

I already have a 10 camera system and want to add 2 more cameras the DVR can take 16 camera's I have the house covered 360 degree plus the garage front entrance coming and going and full living area, love this system

I've gotten these cameras from another store before and not had any issues with them. I have peace of mind knowing my property is secure and protected even if I'm away. The cost was very reasonable considering all I receive with my purchase.

I have had my cameras for a month. Just got 2 additional cameras this time. Great picture and night vision is good. Little bit of a delay but very good for the price.

I upgraded from wireless to the wired and can’t be more happy! The upgraded software it is also a huge plus! My images are crystal clear and the resolution is wonderful! I can’t be more happy! This is money well spent!

This is the best camera set I have bought. I'm using 8 of the 16 cameras at this time I like the spotlights I live out in the country and it helps a lot. If you're looking to buy a set hope you have as much Is success as I did

I just replaced my old system Zues 10 and what a difference with the upgraded camera.. clear view especially at night.. worthy system and easy to install.

I wanted a security camera setup and DVR that is freestanding, and this is it. I bought these cameras to add to a DVR that had additional ports to fill. I love this system.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and we was pleased how easy it was to setup and the pictures are clear. We ordered 2 more cameras and already put them up. Recommend

The biggest problem I have with it is I can't watch it on my home computer. I would like to be let contacted when you get that figured out. I use my home computer to watch my business more than anything else. Thanks
