I grew up watching my mom use olay skincare products and she started to teach me from a young age that maintaining a good skincare regimen is not just important for looks but for health reasons as well. So from a young age I was using a moisturizer and toner as well as sunscreen, as I got older i added more to the regimen, eye products, undereye and dark spot creams or serums. I personally have tried a lot of different types of products and brands snd varying price points but I've discovered that I prefer to stick with the ones that I know that my skin is able to get along with amd I am very glad I got to try this niacinamide and collegen moisturizer from olay as its newest version that ive come across. I like the feel and the results of the first few days without having any issues with it adapting to my skincare needs. my one personal wish is that they made identical versions of this but with one at the current scent level, one that's a lighter amount of scent and lastly an unscented version as when you're using a whole line of products on your face its important to be able to use them without having one scent be overpowering or not mix well with others, i personally try to get the products unscented when they are available as its my personal preference however I do like the scent of this moisturizer too.

I received the Olay Regenerist Niacinamide + Peptide 24 Hydrating Moisturizer in exchange for my review. My opinion is my own and based on my experience using this cream. The packaging and texture of this moisturizer looked and felt very luxe for a drugstore brand. As with many Olay products, I found the fragrance too strong. It wasn't unpleasant, just too much for my sensitive skin. Also, I prefer to use products without dimethicone for my nighttime moisturizer and this product does contain that ingredient. It is a nice ingredient for creating a smooth base under makeup. I found this cream to absorb decently but not completely as it was still sticky or tacky after application. The cream is thick and felt heavy but not deeply hydrating for my dry skin. I think there are better drugstore options and so I would not repurchase this moisturizer.

I used Olay Ultimate Niacinamide and collagen peptide 24 hydrating moisturizer as my moisturizer in my skin routine morning and night. I was surprised at how light it is and how quickly it absorbed. I do not like thick and heavy moisturizers. This one is the perfect consistency for me. It has a slight shimmer to it, which is barely noticeable. I noticed a visible reduction in wrinkles the very first time I used it. Those results improved every day. Many of my wrinkles are no longer visible and my deepest wrinkles are diminishing. I also loved the hydration this moisturizer gave me. I tend to have flaky skin on my cheeks. I woke up after the first day of usage and my cheeks were smooth and no longer dry. I would recommend this moisturizer to anyone who wants a smoother, hydrated complexation. It sits lovely under makeup, so it is very easy to implement into your routine.
