After using for over a week along with an Olay moisturizer as recommended, my skin has a tight feeling that is more sticky than moisturized. This one does not work well for me.

We will share your comments with the rest of our team. The sticky feeling is sometimes caused by using too much product or one that is too moisturizing for your skin type. Please try using a little less moisturizer and massage it gently into your skin until it has been fully absorbed. If that doesn't help, try using a less hydrating version. For example, consider using a lotion or serum instead of a cream. Olay Whip moisturizers are also a great choice. They provide a light-as-air finish without a sticky or greasy feeling.
