It still works but the older formula had less added ingredients. They added shellac for no real reason; I would only recommend if you don't mind that.

Been taking for a couple weeks. Absolutly amazing results for digestive health. Not sure on the blood sugar and cholesterol yet. Will update when i do. Highly recommend.

Great price. I take the maximum recommended dosage, which is 20 capsules, daily for my digestive health and my heart health. That's 7.2 grams of soluble fiber daily. I do feel "healthier" because of this.
