These are large pills that are difficult to swallow if you don’t like pills. Otherwise they are fine. They don’t cause burping and we didn’t notice any bad taste left in our mouth. Haven’t noticed any change in stool.

The size of them are good. They breakdown easily. No harsh smell or after taste. Very good value. Would recommend as long as you drink plenty of water as you will feel weighed down if enough water isn’t taken in.

These psyllium fiber capsules are great! I had issues with going regularly but after about a week of using them daily, my bowels have improved. This capsule helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels as well.

It still works but the older formula had less added ingredients. They added shellac for no real reason; I would only recommend if you don't mind that.
