Great price. I take the maximum recommended dosage, which is 20 capsules, daily for my digestive health and my heart health. That's 7.2 grams of soluble fiber daily. I do feel "healthier" because of this.

We used to get these in store then they stopped carrying them. Now they are online for shipping only. Please carry these in store as they are an affordable Option against the competition. Work great.
