It's new, some things are difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Voice remote has quit. Customer service sent a new one but it is not a voice remote so this episode isn't over yet. No I wouldn't recommend it right now. Customer service was great. TV is too new to have issues in my opinion.

Amazing TV, Must buy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TV for about a month now, and i love the SmartCast option, I don't even need to own a firestick anymore. The picture is crisp and sound quality is great! Definitely recommend this TV!!

Best Tvs on the market !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a 50 inch Vizio and was impressed by the color and sharpness of the screen! But, my new 65 inch is more awesome with its bigger screen and all the features of SMARTCAST and Live TV, Airplay and FreeTV. Extremely happy and elated with Vizio. The future of TV starts with VIZIO!

Nothing but problems! Don't buy this tv!

I bought this tv and have had nothing but problems with it. It wasn't connectiong to the internet, had a repair man come out to fix it. He was unable to do so because the part he was given to repair my tv was broken. He put in an order for a replacement tv, which is a refurbished tv. It arrived and I once again installed it up high on a bracket. It was even worse! The picture was cloudy and not clear. Also the reds were burning through the screen, could not adjust. I had made several calls to Vizio regarding these tv's. I finally said I want a refund and the guy said okay he'll start the process. About a week later I get a text to call, I call back ( thiking it is someone in India who has no idea of my issue with this tv.) She finally finds my record of these tv's. She states my refund was denied! I asked why and she could't give me an answer, I asked for a manager. I speak to someone and ask why can't I get a refund? She states I didn't follow the procedure? I was supposed to take a picture of the serial number on the back of the tv, take a picture of the cloudy screen and a photo of my receipt. I was never told this prior to speaking with this manager. So I did so. They sent me a box and pick up tag but it was going to cost me to have a pick up from my house, so I had to take it to a UPS store. It will take 60 days to get my money refunded! Don't buy this tv!!!

Great TV for a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great! The picture quality is there and all of the other features just make this TV so much better. Although this TV is not an OLED TV, its black levels are great! I wish it was brighter, however, it's still great. You will not regret it.

Movie time in the living room

Solid middle of the road tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality for a model I consider a step up from a basic bottom tier 4k tv. Wish the screen had less reflective glare and the settings interface was more comprehensive. Remote is good and reactive, but placing the batteries in it was a weird challenge prying the back off. As well, I didn't care for the tv switching automatically back to home setting when I was trying to establish a source through hdmi 1 when attempting to run a signal through a connected AVR receiver. For the money I paid for the set new the above downfalls are just inconveniences. Good job Vizio!

Overall amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing TV overall. Love all the features including the tv channels. Sleek design. Very light weight. Great for gaming on. Downside is our Disney+ doesn't work anymore. No way to uninstall and reinstall app. Tried all other troubleshooting and now no resolve. Other then that, great TV.

Bigger is definitely better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box and set up in our living room in just over 25 minutes. The tv found our network with ease and went into Software and Firmware updates. These were completed in a timely manner and it was on to enjoying 'being up close and personal' with the programs we watch. The sound quality is OK. It greatly improved with the addition of a Vizio MD21 soundbar. Picture is bright and sharp.
