I bought this tv and have had nothing but problems with it. It wasn't connectiong to the internet, had a repair man come out to fix it. He was unable to do so because the part he was given to repair my tv was broken. He put in an order for a replacement tv, which is a refurbished tv. It arrived and I once again installed it up high on a bracket. It was even worse! The picture was cloudy and not clear. Also the reds were burning through the screen, could not adjust. I had made several calls to Vizio regarding these tv's. I finally said I want a refund and the guy said okay he'll start the process. About a week later I get a text to call, I call back ( thiking it is someone in India who has no idea of my issue with this tv.) She finally finds my record of these tv's. She states my refund was denied! I asked why and she could't give me an answer, I asked for a manager. I speak to someone and ask why can't I get a refund? She states I didn't follow the procedure? I was supposed to take a picture of the serial number on the back of the tv, take a picture of the cloudy screen and a photo of my receipt. I was never told this prior to speaking with this manager. So I did so. They sent me a box and pick up tag but it was going to cost me to have a pick up from my house, so I had to take it to a UPS store. It will take 60 days to get my money refunded! Don't buy this tv!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my tv on Black Friday since I have been searching for a large tv but also has good quality image. So far I have been impressed by the deep rich colors that it provides. There are a few things that irritate me as the tv deciding how to handle different input setting when switching around on a gaming system, however it is nearly just seconds but enough to be like come on. Otherwise I don't think the fast screen images cause much of a blur and it has good black tones that don't create a complete dark image that makes it had to watch movies.

It has all your favorite streaming apps, and also some free ones. The only thing I don't care for is the remote does not have a pause, fast forward or rewind button. You have to use the microphone for that and in my opinion you lose some of the movie in doing so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my insignia 43" UHD fire tv failed after only 3 years we decided to go with the Vizio 43 UHD smart tv. We have had other vizio products and have always had good luck with the product. First unboxing the television, it was packaged well and had clear instructions for installation whether hanging or permanent legs. After hanging the television the setup was straight forward and within a few minutes we were watching our favorite programs. The picture is very colorful and crisp, one of the best pictures I've seen. The sound is nice and clear with built in surround sound. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase.

I made my final decision on the 43" V-Series after reading numerous great reviews, and after going to see it on display at a local retailer. I am very impressed with the V-Series for many reasons. The picture quality is excellent, especially if you are using a game console/PC that supports 4K & HDR. The sound quality is also amazing, and has the ability to fill the room. I would highly, highly recommend the V-Series to anyone who is or will be in the market for a TV.

Sound and picture have blacked out intermittently -- hard restart fixed the problem. Remote is sometimes inoperable (or is the TV nonresponsive). I am usually a Samsung loyalist and have been so used to Samsung TVs but after receiving a Vizio TV for my birthday, I'm really happy with it! I actually exchanged it for a bigger size 50”. I think I might be more happier with my Vizio than my Samsung. Quality looks great and I love the smart features my Vizio TV has. I think the overall style is cleaner. For price and quality, I don't think you can beat it. Any future TV purchases I will be making will be a Vizio TV.
