The apps constantly glitch on this TV, sometimes they're there sometimes they aren't; I have to restart it frequently; my Vizio sound-bar HAS to be turned on FIRST, or the sound won't come through the bar and I cannot, at all control the sound unless following this procedure, which I had to learn on my own. Forget about controlling with Alexa. The integration is pitiful and sad. Constantly having to reconnect and login in to the Vizio account. Customer Support? Sure. But I don't have 1.5 hours to spend on the phone “trouble shooting” all the things I've ALREADY done just to have you transfer me to someone else who will have me do the EXACT SAME THINGS I've done and you had me do, only to be told it's an engineering issue and they will send them a message about the problem. Great. Maybe I'll win the drawing so I can sell the product and get into something better like a Sony.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed in this TV!! I compared it to 6 other similar TV's and this one just had the best overall stats and the things that I wanted. My husband was very much set against it as he doesn't like the brand, but I talked him into it based on the comparison and these awesome reviews.. Te app options are great, I love that I can connect to Alexa and I love that I can connect my Apple phone. But my gosh, the sound quality is not good, it sounds like theres a tiny speaker in the back of the TV. Oof, and the picture quality… it's just terrible!! Sometimes you can actually see the pixels and almost like a cloudy film like look? It's hard to explain. But even when the picture quality is decent, it still has a fuzzy like appearance. Most definitely not something I'd expect from a brand new TV made in 2023! We even did a test.. Compared this TV against my 5+ year old other brand Smart TV in my room. 3 DVD's and a show. 2 of the DVD's were the same movie, but one was normal and one Blu-ray. My bedroom tv was flawless! My 5+ year old TV! The Normal DVD looked just about the same on my bedroom tv than the Blu-ray looked on this brand new tv! I have no idea how the reviews are this good. I'm not sure if I got a faulty TV or what, but the thought of exchanging it for a new one and then having to return it for a new one of the replacement has the same issues, is just a hassle. Such a bummer and now I'm back at square 1 AND I have to admit to my husband that he was right. Overall, such a bummer and proof that reviews can't be trusted.

However, I am a Vizio fan and have other Vizio having my home bc of the quality of the picture. The volume is okay but It would sound better with a sound bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My entire family LUV Vizio tv's. I just recently bought my second set, and only because of the darkness in the screen. It was a 35 inch from 2010? Go figure never had any problems until now. Now I know what I was missing by not getting one sooner the color and definition and sound SO clear just barely hit the volume up ever so slightly. Now going to invest in the. 75inch set for my new house. That will be for theatre and sports in the loft. I can't wait for movies with relatives and sleep overs with my girlfriends and sound bar will make our experience like being at the drive in!!! Sound and picture have blacked out intermittently -- hard restart fixed the problem. Remote is sometimes inoperable (or is the TV nonresponsive). Like the TV otherwise, big enough to see subtitles and sound is okay,

Decided I found one finally it's time to get a new screen so I can get the most out of my ps5, for the price the screen has great quality at a great price and the bezel free screen is my biggest requirement.
