I've had dogs for over 30 years and accidents happen. I've used other products and been satisfied not sure what possessed me but this week I bought the neutralizing defend instead of just straight cleaner. Whatever enzymatic action takes place to neutralize let's off a horribly disgusting intolerable odor I cleaned the rug in one small area in the bedroom left home for several hours came back and as soon as I opened my door to my home wanted to throw up. I tried cleaning again I tried baking soda I've lit candles I've used spray for breeze and my entire house still is permeated by a disgusting smell I think I'm going to end up having to remove the rug and throw it away I'm sure it's because of whatever enzyme breakdown chemical is in this cleaner and how it reacted to the pet urine that I was much much happier with just my Hoover regular carpet shampoo I've now ruined my rug and can't hardly sleep overnight due to the disgusting odor.

For so many reasons I Love this carpet cleaner!  Cleaning carpets are so much easier with this cleaner!  You push the cleaner forward to spray the water and when you pull back it automatically sucks the water back in!  Just as easy as vacuuming!  But what I love most about this cleaner is the ease of cleaning the cleaner once you’re done!  You just have to pop off the top panel above the rollers and the rollers come out and just take a sprayer to clean out the area!  I’ve had several different kinds of cleaners and this one is by far the Best and My favorite!!
