[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was working really well, until it suddenly wasn't. It won't switch to the wash cycle, anymore, and I don't need a floor dryer without the washing part. Bummer. None of the troubleshooting steps addressed it.

For so many reasons I Love this carpet cleaner!  Cleaning carpets are so much easier with this cleaner!  You push the cleaner forward to spray the water and when you pull back it automatically sucks the water back in!  Just as easy as vacuuming!  But what I love most about this cleaner is the ease of cleaning the cleaner once you’re done!  You just have to pop off the top panel above the rollers and the rollers come out and just take a sprayer to clean out the area!  I’ve had several different kinds of cleaners and this one is by far the Best and My favorite!!
