Bought this one as it looked like a great product. I was so pleased! I got rid of my old shampooer as it was a real pain to use and clean. This one cleans great, my carpets haven't looked this good in years! It was so easy to empty and refill, and the ease of taking it apart, cleaning it and putting it back together amazed me! I love this shampooer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 5 cats and 3 dogs, 2 of which are older and have more accidents than ever.. this is a huge job for any shampooer I know but for once Hoover got the job done, dried the floor and made it super easy to clean up afterwards! Not to mention to include a rubber mat to keep it on? You guys hit the nail on the head with this product

We have rented the "big machines," (you know the ones), enough times now that we thought, "we might as well just buy one for ourselves." After shopping around, we settled on this machine, and have not looked back. A few online videos of people testing this specific machine against others like it also greatly influenced our decision to buy this one. We have hardwood floors with a few large area rugs, so the size and functionality of this model is just perfect for cleaning and refreshing our living spaces. I would post a photo of the first use and the dirty water tank...but I think I would rather assure you that it did its job, and it did it well. I would have saved money from rentals if I had only bought this machine sooner! We are very happy with this product and look forward to many years and uses.

This was a good purchase so far no complaints definitely worth every penny. I have four kids and two pets and this steam cleaner cleaned up all the dirt and grime that the carpets had built up over time.... Yes I would definitely recommend this hoover.

I was in need of replacing my old Bissell that suddenly stopped working -- I reviewed many cleaners and came to buy this one only because I do have a (one) cat so I figured that it couldn't hurt to buy one geared towards being a pet cleaner....needless to say it pick up stuff in the carpets that my Dyson vacuum cleaner misses and left a very clean smell throughout the house. Love the longer bristle and two brush action. It did leak water when cleaning the stairs but I just put a shoe tray under it and it was fine

This is the most awesome carpet cleaner I have ever used. They made it so easy to clean your carpet and everything is automatic!!!! They even took care of cleaning the machine when done, you can clean the brushes and everything before you put it away. I recommend this machine to anyone who cleans their own carpet this is the BEST!!!

I had a hover cleaner that was 20-25 years old it was heavy and hard to clean. It did better than anything else on the market. This is a dream it's lighter and so easy to clean. It also does a better job of cleaning without tiring you out. I suppose you will keep trying to improve it but I can't see how

If you have any fur babies of your own and need that perfect carpet cleaner to get those old hard pets stains up and bring that carpet back to life then this is the scrubber for you I was amazed with the power behind it and how it took stain out that has been here for years right before my eyes I was surprised

Bought this last week. My carpet looks new like when I had moved in to house. Had to retire my last Hoover cleaner and so glad I bought this one. Picks up all stains and even sucks up any leftover pet hair after I vaccumed twice before cleaning. Pretty impressed with this cleaner!
