Don't know if this will be for the right model, this review refers to the 183. or 183.9, model, so, hope this will provide some benefit. It went together fairly straightforward, not much assembly involved, and (except for one time when I got it caught in something and had to stop and rework one side of the line, my fault, not the product), it kicked but. the length was long enough for me, I could use it to trim my hedges, and up high where some bushes were that I couldn't reach with anything else. Has a lot of power and cutting strength. I'm pretty happy with it.

The mower & blower are working well. The Trimmer is an absolute disappointment. This is the second one that clogged up and seized up. When reaching out to WORX Customer Service to resolve the issue the agent was even worse. I was told to simply return the whole combo pack back to Sam's because it was only purchased 2 weeks ago. I need service on one part of the combo pack and they want me to return everything to the local store, but the service agent said that if I wait beyond 30 days then could call them for warranty service. To Worx Customer Service: Why would you miss an opportunity to work with a customer to resolve an issue vs. telling them they need to call back later. At this point, I may round out the other 7 or 8 other Worx products and return them to look for a different brand that will provide better customer service..

Two batteries with charger which is so convienent. Easy to use grass catcher. Lightweight but cuts nice and even. Our grass is out of control and patchy at the moment and it looks so much better and a lot more level after using our new mower. It's easy to handle and made getting the job done so much quicker. We lack storage space so we liked that these folds over for easy storage. It's a great design and quality and really a smooth operator. We love it and are beyond happy with quality and performance. Anyone could easily operate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great lawnmower with a lot of power. Works perfectly and cuts the grass just like a gas powered one. You definitely need the 5.0 batteries as your primary set. I also have the 4.0 batteries also from the leaf blower and they work great as the backup/swap out pair. Definitely recommend this and wouldn’t go back to gas!

The features of the Worx Nitro mower I like the best are: the steel mowing platform, the low noise operation, and the design of the push handle with hand grips on the two sides rather than just across the back of the handle like most mowers. After mowing with it a couple of times, I do have this suggestion: to add a battery compartment latch to better seal the battery space from dust so to prevent an operational issue. God mower.

I just ran this for the first cut (also the first cut on newly established sod). While the first sod cut isn't a good stress test because of inconsistent grass length I am already impressed. It is nice and lightweight, quiet and doesn't vibrate like a gas mower. It is also really nice that it folds small to store. During the first cut the batteries barely went down at all. I suspect once the grass is more uniform in length it will take a bit more juice to cut. All in all I am very happy with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely my new favorite mower. There's no real assembly required, other than putting the bag on or batteries in. The bag is very easy to place on it and take off when needed. The batteries fit snug in place and don't jostle around when in use. To start the mower you only have to hold the bar and push a button which is so easy to do. I think the best feature of this is how quiet it is, you can hold a conversation without yelling while you mow! It cuts perfectly the first pass over the grass and you can adjust it to the height level you need on the deck and also how high or low you need the handle at.
