This combo looked like a great deal. This wicked 2 battery set up is not better. No spare! You must use both batteries to operate each item. They drain fast, 30 minutes maybe to mow or trim. Charge time has been 4 hours every time, 3 uses so far. Mower handles never lock down tight so you waste a ton of up & down movement. Haven't tried the blower since yard still isn't done. On day 2 of 4 hour charge intervals.

I just bought this combo and I’m already planning to return it. The equipment itself looks great—I have no complaints about the design or features. However, the battery performance was very disappointing. The batteries don’t last at all and take way too long to charge. I don’t even have a big yard, and yesterday was the first time I used it. I left the batteries charging overnight, and they only powered the tools for about 10 minutes. Then I charged them again for more than 6 hours, just to get another 10 minutes of use. Very frustrating experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this mower for the simple reason of it being battery operated! Let me start off by saying I was not disappointed one bit. This is the easiest to assemble, use, and so far, maintain! Right out of the box, it was mostly assembled, 2 bolts to fasten for the handle, batteries charged for 5 hours and off it went! The mower is lightweight, however, sturdy and is much quieter than our gas powered mowerThe height adjustment is a snap and can be done single handedly. We mulch our clippings back into the lawn therefore did not need the bagger. The batteries registered at about 75% power after doing our yard which takes about 45 minutes without stopping. Storage is great as the handle easily folds down and the mower can be stored on two wheels for space saving. I am so happy that we tried this mower and can’t wait to see how it continues to perform.

You definitely need the 5.0 batteries as your primary set. I also have the 4.0 batteries also from the leaf blower and they work great as the backup/swap out pair. Definitely recommend this and wouldn’t go back to gas!

They charge pretty fast and holds up at at least 40 mins of run time which I got from it. Could the batteries be more powerful sure why not! we all love more power. Just dont cut your grass when its wet and you will not have any problems out of this cutting machine. Just go green its better and you dont have to worry about gas. It is a 20 inch cut with a 3 n 1 system that mulch,bag, and side discharge if you prefer. Adjusting the wheels and height to the machine is simple and easy. Has a great foldable handle for easy storage. So if you want a easy to use green machine that gets the job done. Buy it you will not regret it!!

Very disappointed with the quality of this mower combo. For context, I have a small yard in Chicago. By the time I cut my front yard, batteries are dead. The battery takes a full day to recharge, so I have to wait until the next day for the back yard then another day for trimming and blowing. By that time I'll have to cut the grass again. Easy to use and gives a good cut, the battery is horrible and buying extra batteries is too expensive, I might as well buy a gas mower that won't die on me.

We got this as a back up to the WORX landroid mower. Sometimes the grass just grows fast and this is great to get it back to where the landroid can keep the lawn looking great. It does a nice job. We can get a majority of the yard done on a set of batteries but tend to use the ones we have for the WORX weedeater to finish it up. Being able to use batteries for different equipment is great! Just wish I had gotten the self-propelled so we could do the yard on one charge.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great lawnmower. Quiet, sleek and easy to use. Love the adjustable height. However, the wheel on it fell off the first attempt of usage. The wheel is just held on with a cap. This wheel should be held in with a bolt or a pin of some sort. Aside from that, it's a great unit. Worx is working on replacing the unit and did send me parts the first time it happened. Just annoying that this happened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started out my electric journey on a 16” green works. It has a 4ah battery that is about 4-5 yrs old. The new worx 20” is great as it is wider a d can cut more on each pass. The cut quality is very good as well. I was just a bit disappointed that with the 2 5ah batteries I was nit able to cut but about 20% more than my old green works wowed with one 4ah battery. The lever to raise and lower the deck is very easy to use but a little too easy as when you are mowing around something it can catch and before you know it you are mowing much higher or lower than you intend

I have enjoyed using this lawn mower. I have been discouraged that the batteries do not last long enough to cut my whole front yard before completely discharging. I've tried to cut it faster but the batteries still die. I understood that the batteries are supposed to last an hour, but they don't. I also understood that it would only take an hour to recharge but it takes 2 hours to recharge them. I would like to order an extra set of batteries but they are too expensive.
