Kleene has really gone down in quality! Forget the ugly designs they are putting on the boxes, it’s the thin, what they call two ply that is most disgusting! I take one two ply tissue, must fold it in half because they are that thin otherwise there is little absorption. The prices are very high in my opinion. It seems money rules in these huge corporations and they are so big they have a monopoly on the public thereby enabling them to take advantage of the public. Note to Sams: get your brand to where there isn’t all the dust from using the tissues and you’ll out sell Kleenex! I’m on your side to do this for your customers!!

Seriously, softness is so important, especially if you're experiencing a condition that makes you need to constantly use tissues, so your nose doesn't get irritated. The box is also really cute but seriously, I would get these even if it were ugly. My new tissues, the whole family loves them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kleenex ultra soft 3 ply are the best tissues I have ever used. Usually you need to take at least 3 or 4 to blow and wipe your nose but with the 3 ply one is easily enough and they are very gentle also.

It is an excellent product, I think it has the highest quality on the market, high performance and very useful for my work and daily tasks, I highly recommend it. It is very good value for money. I have always been satisfied with the performance of the brand and the device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Kleenex Ultra Soft Tissues are truly soft and thick. I like that I only have to use one at a time. One is plenty to blow my nose or wipe my eyes during a deep cry. Unlike some tissues, I didn’t have to double up or fold it multiple times in order to prevent my hands from getting wet. I like that these are soft on the skin and don't irritate. It doesn’t rely on lotion to make it softer like some other tissues. I prefer fragrance free products and this doesn’t unnecessarily include any. The box is pretty with a design that is nice and not too old fashioned. There is a plastic film that covers the top of the box to prevent dust from getting in but this also makes the box more difficult to recycle. You have to pull off the plastic before recycling. These are definitely tissues to use on your skin and would be a waste to use for general use. I recommend these if you want some thick soft tissues.

I have bought Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues for years. They used to be called Ultra Soft Doux. The quality was excellent, but like everything else, they have to mess with perfection. The newly revised Ultra Soft are just plain awful! First, the soft sheen that made them stronger than toilet tissue, is now rougher and no smoothness to the feel. They tear easily, especially trying to get them out of the box. They don't come out smoothly because of the roughness now. They don't feel nice against your skin like before, so I will not buy them again. I have found a store brand that is cheaper and very comparable to what they are now. Why would I pay the raised price for a lesser product than what they produced before? Plus, they have begun bundling them, so you are forced to buy more than one box. They no longer sell (not that I can find) any that are sold as a single box. Some of us don't have room for more boxes in our cupboards! Very disappointed that they would mess with a great product and make it way worse, for an increased price.

The Ultrasoft tissue in the new packaging is thinner than the old one. When I opened the new box I noticed immediately how much thinner it was. Since I still had an unopened older box, I compared the height of the fill and found there to be at least an inch less of tissue in the new box. The new tissues feel like two-ply now and not three-ply. Tell me why I am paying extra for this less effective tissue?

I’m curious why you chose to go from the pleasant pastel packaging to the jungle looking print that does not blend well with anything. We have Kleenex in every room in our house and always buy Kleenex brand. Disappointing. I look forward to your response. Love the brand, not the design. Experimenting with other brands.

Super soft and gentle on my nose. I suffer from bad allergies so I am never caught without tissues and my tissues are always Kleenex ultra soft. My nose is never left red and irritated no matter how many tissues I go through. I love Kleenex brand tissues, but I especially love the ultra soft ones.
