TurboTax worked fine but can't print the file, why

The software was great until I attempted to print the file. The software failed at this point. Is this a procedure that allows printing?

Filing Married Joint Return. We haven't been able to e-file because errors have happened every time.

Turbo Tax could not fix Illinois printing issue.

I worked with Lori Jeanne who was wonderful but Turbo Tax software engineers could not resolve the Illinois IL-1040 printing of attachments issue.
