Good until I needed to Amend the return. Your YouTube video focused on the Online (not Desktop) versions and the Help section was not correct or specific. It even took the expert 10 minutes to find out where the AMEND button waw. Y

Over the years, Turbotax has become much more INTUITive, and easy to use. So many helpful features has made this process much less of a nightmare than it used to be.

Your software sucks! Not to mention insanely slow. The search button no longer lets you jump to any pages. You have no place to put a 1099-PATR. Horrible software! DO better!

I have used Turbotax ever since it first came out. For personal and business and Intuit Quickbooks, but the prices are making it prohibitive. I have also found errors and confusion along the way.

Now that I've completed 2024 it would be very useful to be able to plan for 2025. I understand the limitations but you can absolve yourselves of any liability.

A few difficult spots that I had to google or get help with. Compatible with last year. Features were as they always have been. Couldn't interface with Quicken. Accuracy was fine. Reporting fine.

I forgot to mail the taxes for 2021 and the Ladie this morning was awesome very helpful and now I am printing to mail the 2021 Taxes to the IRS. Thanks to Tasha, I'll never forget her!

I have used turbo tax since their inception. I love turbo tax and have needed and used turbo tax defense. Best defense ever! No hassles, Always resolved without payment or penalty.

After running error check there were no errors until I went to efile my federal return. At that point 1 error came up that Turbotax couldn't' resolve so I had to restart my taxes all over again.
