I have used TurboTax for many years and the product is excellent. Easy to navigate and makes filing painless.

TurboTax makes the complicated task of doing my taxes bearable. I love the built-in flags that help me fix errors.

TurboTax guides me through the filing process each year, and I have always been satisfied with the process and outcome.

I have been unsuccessful in purchasing the 'Advantage' product for online help, and we are running out of time.

easy to fill all basic forms, just follow the direction and click continue, then step by step, complete all process.

Great product east to use. Simple to follow. Great feedback and info available while using the product. I have used it for over 10 years

I was helped by Flo who guided me through my concerns for almost 2 hours. She was very patient and helped me through each step of the process.

Great Product with easy to follow instructions. It takes you through everything. I highly recommend this product

Charge too much; ala carte too many services; unable to handle efiling an amendment (even though you said you could)

i wish turbo tax was still available in CD form because my elderly parents use turbotax and they don't know how to download programs off from online
