Interface is simplistic and intuitive. It is easy to use and the product consistency also improves the user experience

Turbotax online totally SUCKS!!!!! Cannot review forms or view forms to find errors. Terrible system.

Generally good; there were a few specialized situations where I needed help, but got it figured out.

this year's version is lacking. I see I owe California State Tax but no where does it allow me to pay for it like in the past

As requested in prior years, it would be great to be able to make notes on each input form or page to reference my source documentation.

Unable to get to portions of return that stated I needed to correct. Specifically, PPP Loan forgiveness.

The desktop version is really bad.. Have not seen any improvements. I want to file an extension but cant figure out easily how to extend.
