Took too long to release

It took till Feb 8 to get all the program updates loaded to my PC, so I still wonder if it is even right today!

Stealing $45 at the very end.

They tack on a $45 "Premium" fee at the end. I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it. They're stealing!

I am greatly disappointed that it's deductible is no longer available in the application. It made entering my return much more difficult.

Turbo Tax Feedback

I have called Intuit twice. The first time I was told the wait time was 40 minutes. The second time it took about 30 minutes. This is much too long.
