This is 30th or 31st year using Turbo Tax. My taxes are a whole lot more complicated, but Turbo Tax makes them just as easy as ever!

Program is very thorough and steps you through every item. I've used it for decades to do my taxes and never had an error in my return.

Frustrated by the lack of compatibility to the online version. It wouldn't automatically import data that I had already done online.

Was mostly easy to understand and if something wasn't a quick google search got me where i needed to go

the ability to pay for States by CC is still broken after 2 years. No ability to import from QBO is a terrible choice on your part.
