I have used TurboTax for years, and this year's version was notably quality-deficient. We encountered far more bugs and glitches this year than ever before.

I've been using Intuit TurboTax program products for many years, and I can truly say it's one of the better or the best product program on the market and at a reasonable price. I'm a long time past and future customer.

TT is fine for Federal, but is not all that helpful with State returns. Also the so-called $10 state credit that is offered implies it will be used to discount the state return filing fee of $25 and it does NOT.

IN GENERAL, IT IS FAIRLY EASY TO WORK WITH... IT DOES GET FRUSTRATING WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND YOU HAVE TO GO THRU SEVERAL PROMPTS AND QUESTIONS TO GET BACK TO WHERE YOU WANT TO GO...

I would have given it five stars but...I seem to have a problem with the 1096. The date of the form is incorrect. Will a fix come before the required mail date?

Forms need a "zoom" feature to make them larger. Iy would be helpful to have all the errors listed in one place so they can be fixed all at once. As it is, you have to go back and forth repeatedly.

2024 TurboTax made more difficult to simply enter information for interest, dividends, cap gains, etc. Relying too much on downloads. If I don't want to download, I don't want to try and figure out how to simply enter info manually.

Gives no information on my California pass through account (15f), how much was used and how much left behind. also the interface is clunky and nonintuitive. Would like to talk to someone about these problems

Good program I have used for years--would be nice if I could copy and paste from the screen to research certain issues so I do not have to manually re-type the issue into search or AI when I need help

When filing an amendment to my 2023 return the information I spent multiple hours entering got wiped out when I imported the amended 2023 return. I than spent about 16 hours reentering the information. Turbo tax should be paying me.
