I have used Turbo Tax for years and love it. I recommend it to anyone I think might benefit from the program.

Downloads for 1099 failed, no clear IRS ID. Downloads worked in the past. Hard to change order of couple

Gets hung up, i.e. sits and spins. You have to go back and forth to keep it moving. Constant trying to upsell for other services.

Did not correctly calculate retirement fund contribution. Must be limited to earned income. State e-file too exensive.

We are concerned about the summation total that shows $25 e-file fee but reduces the total to much more (in our case $245).
