Turbo Tax is user friendly. I have been using it for many years. I've been able to get answers easily using the help feature.

As always, I like to file my own taxes because of Turbo Tax. I will always use it. I have been using Turbo tax for more than 10 years now.

Definitely miss It's Deductible. It's what set your product apart from others. Need to bring it back.

We are concerned about the summation total that shows $25 e-file fee but reduces the total to much more (in our case $245).
