Clearly not tested well, at lest not by English speakers. The layouts atrocious. This product has really gone downhill. It is hard to avoid clicking on an additional cost you don't want.

When importing data from QuickBooks, don't use items tha have a 1099 or 1098 or something like that. If needed, you are part of Intuit, make it easy to mark these things in QuickBooks so you don't import.

I was confused on how to tell the program, since I was not efiling my state return, to direct deposit my state refund. Had to try to override the form.

There are issues with the program transmitting correct information to the state forms, specifically Royalty K-1's and LP's. Also, it doesn't give me an opportunity to add bank information to the state forms

Turbo Tax isn't as helpful as it used to be. not sure what changed but I'm not confident my taxes were done accurately or I am saving as much as I could. and the cost isn't much less than just paying a professional to do i.

This software used to be solid and used to have a better menu layout. I had errors and rejected return for 1095 and was never prompted to complete this during the completion process.

Ease of use is my thing, I always print and mail my return. Only problem I have with turbo tax is a lot of time consuming grief when I try to print out my return to mail, same grief every year otherwise I love it!

your calculations for IRA basis and how it affects conversions to ROTH are wrong. Your help was terrible and your program does NOT show the math. WHY are you not showing math calculations?? Worksheets do not substitute for showing your math.

I like the product, but it always feels like I'm being scammed with the fees. Really unconscionable to charge $25 for state efile after just purchasing the state.

I am disappointed that your "Turbo Tax Help" windows are no longer printable. I have always printed them to document the info they provided to me and helped me decide how to proceed with answering your Turbo Tax questions.
