For some reason my ETrade Tax Documents would not import into my tax return. Not sure why, I went through the process, and your program said it was successfully completed but it didn't show up in the return. I had to manually enter the information.

You made the program more complicated and it did not forward the routing and account numbers from previous year to current return and did not allow me to type it in.

This was my 2nd time filing my taxes thru Turbo Tax and it was my first time filing joint with my husband. I was so nervous because I thought that I wasn't going to understand how to do it, but it was SO user friendly. I appreciate you

Ai Generated Review topics was not helpful at all. I used to be able to use search function to help me find things within application and answer questions. AI would not be helpful at all

We have used TurboTax for a decade, and as our income has increased, so have our IRS problems. This is basic taxpayer software and does not address complex IRS issues.

Most everything worked as expected. Only problem was at the end when trying to pay for the Returns (Fed, free and State $25). The program got stuck and only when I submitted the Fed separately from State did it work.

Of course I like Turbo Tax but I'm not happy the fair market value tool was not available for my charitable donations. That has always been a big help. I had to jump through hoops to get all those values this time.

I've been using TurboTax to file my federal and state taxes for many years. Support is outstanding and the instructional interface is great. Thank you so much for being my trusted tax service!

Had to call for assistance wit the help desk on another relatives return and they were very helpful and hung in there with me until the problem was resolved.

I would pick zero stars if I could. You hide the desktop software and push everyone to the web version. The payment system does not recognize I am logged in and does not keep my info.
