terrible after 15 plus years Im done moving to HR Block Software does not tax 529 to roth IRAs correctly been the law for 3 years. sad that you can't keep up with 3 year old law

Desk top version is much better and more comprehensive than the "On-Line" I had to jump between apps to get my taxes done this year. And as a result, had my returns rejected by the Feds - that return is still in limbo - glad I got my refund first!

Everything went very smooth. AI answers to questions were spot on. A few minor glitches but the AI answers to questions were able to clarify the situation.

Tried to pay state e-filing fee of $25 and it would not accept payment. Then went up to $40 and would still not accept payment. Can't file until this gets resolved. A little disconcerting...

HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT. ASKS QUESTIONS IN AN UNDERSTANDABLE FORMAT. ALLOWS QUICK ACCESS TO ALL NEEDED FORMS. IT MAKES TAX TIME A LITTLE LESS PAINFUL.

All features worked well except the transfer of Brokerage 1099 information using the import functions. I eventually got it to work but it was not seamless.

I only had one problem with this year's Turbo Tax Home and Business - Desktop, it would not get the data from the 2024 W-2 file. In the past it always took the data from the previous year. No a big deal.

I like Turbo Tax for its easy to use Step By Step and the Forms Screens. Easy to navigate. I feel that Turbo Tax does the calculations very accurately, and that gives me confidence in my tax filings.
