Great product, great customer service... we bought this playground several years ago and we love it. It has gotten a lot of use and the grandkids love it. The cargo net needed to be replaced because of sun damage, and lifetime was very helpful in helping me with that. I highly recommend their products

the set itself is of good quality, nothing special. the plastic holds its color without fading. the rock wall portion is cheaply molded, and has lots of cracks in it. the rubber on the swings themselves, particularly the part covering the chain deteriorates and sticks to hands and clothes..and i'm not talking a little bit. it is impossible to wash off, and is only comparable to letting children play with rubber cement glue, that doesn't ever fully dry and is harder to wash off. my kids haven't touched the swings themselves for over two years, because "they are gross". i have to spend $100 to replace the three swings with a different brand...because i don't want replacements.

We bought this for at the time for our 5 grandchildren. They love to swing, slide and climb on it. My 4 year granddaughter has to have her Papa push her and all I hear is "Higher Papa higher". Twin two year old boys are in toddler seats and their thing is "Up, Up, Up and Away" and the 1 year old granddaughter just smiles.

My husband and I purchased this swing set for our grandsons’ backyard. Our son and my husband assembled this during one evening and part of the next afternoon. The instruction manual is well written. The looks on our grandsons’ faces when they came home from visiting their cousins and saw their new swing set was priceless!

My son's preschool has one of these, and when I went shopping, I discovered that it's a consumer play set, not commercial. I was glad to find it, as I didn't want a play set that I had to stain and seal every year, and other metal sets I saw for sale seemed cheap. This one is solid and has a commercial-quality feel to it. I hired a handy woman that I've used before to put the set together. I made a set of tips that I copied from the review sites, and using them, she was able to put it together herself in 8.5 hours. I have a very level yard, so there were no issues with holes lining up as other reviewers mentioned. The company could save a lot of support dollars by spending a little on a good technical writer and updating their instructions with the tips from the reviewers. The only issue I've seen is that one top knot that secures the climbing net was frayed and the fibers split, right out of the box. Otherwise, the set has been flawless. The boys play on it every day.

I BOUGHT THIS PLAY SET FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTERS FOR CHRISTMAS 2 YEARS AGO. VERY STURDY, THEY LOVE IT. MY GRAND DAUGHTERS HAVE THE WOODEN SWING SET AT THEIR HOUSE WHICH THEY LIVE NEXT DOOR TO ME. IT IS A FEW YEARS OLDER THAN MY LIFETIME SWING SET, THEIR SWING SET IS FALLING DOWN. THE WOODEN SWING SET IS A LOT OF UP KEEP. IT NEEDS TO BE WASHED AND RE-SEALED EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS. WILL NOT BUY ANY OTHER BRAND THAN LIFETIME!

We have had this play set for 6 months and it has been great. I assembled it myself and while it took two evenings, it wasn't too complex. This thing is sturdy. I'm a big guy and I have climbed on the platform, used the slide and the swings and they have all held up. Even with adults on the swings, the A-frame never rocks off the ground. Our yard is not large, so the smaller footprint of this set was attractive. Even with the smaller size, there are many activities from the propeller swing and baby bucket swing that we added to the larger swings, playhouse and rock wall that older kids like. I would definitely recommend it.

We have a 12 year old a 7 year old and a 5 year old. With that much difference in age I wanted something that will last. It took 2 men (my father and my husband) about 6 hours to build but once they did the kids LOVE it. We were missing a few screws and a few of the parts did not line up perfectly but, we could work it out. Lifetime was very helpful in sending missing parts quickly. I really like that there is NO maintanienceNike a wooden set. I read so many reviews on a variety of swing sets and I am so glad I chose lifetime.

As a young family we are very familiar with Lifetime Products. Though we ourselves don't YET own a Deluxe Playset etc. We are lucky that both our across the way neighbor, as well as Grandma and Grandpa have made the purchase. Just tonight I had to peel my 2 year old from the upper platform of this set bribing him I would catch him at the slides bottom if he "Please came now." It holds my kids attention, encourages creativity with elements like the steering wheels and additional binoculars. And I like that you can choose bold colors or the more subdued greens so it is not the focal point of your backyard but the kids know that's what it really is. We already have a spot picked out for our very own. Hopefully next summer. Great product, high quality materials.

This swing set is more than what we were expecting, it's very sturdy and kids are loving it! It took my husband (contractor) and my older kids (18,14,13) 8 hrs. to put together, holes for roof were not to size so we did have to pre drill for ease of installation. It was worth it!
