Great outdoor play set!

I bought this for my grandson. My daughter and son-in-law assembled in about 7 hours. Their suggestions for improving the assembly process include: (1) labeling of the pieces - only pictures are provided in the instructions, so you have to guess which pieces they are referring to, (2) better alignment of the pre-drilled holes (some were very difficult to align - a few resulted in having to drill new holes). (3) include some extra hardware - a few of the screws snapped - and there weren't any extra to use. The instructions were easy to follow. The materials are of high quality. This is a very nice play set that should hold up against the weather elements over time!

Great Product

I bought this playset four years ago; unfortunately, we had to recently sell it due to moving to a townhouse. We truly loved the playset and our kids and the neighborhood kids played countless hours on it; my 8 year old son even spent the night in the clubhouse. Looking back, the decision to purchase it was worth every penny. We are going to miss it. I am not the guy who loves to build things, but it was relatively simple to follow the instructions. It took me two days to build by myself with some occassional help from my wife to hold things in place as it was coming together. The third day was spent attaching some ancillary items. The hardest part of the build was putting the rope netting in place. Another important detail is to make sure you are matching the picture to the instructions and the details of the drawing. Lastly, the bolts are designed to last a lifetime, so the way it goes together is really sturdy but time consuming making the build somewhat difficult.

Best Investment We've Made!

We purchased this set 5 years ago and it's given our kids, and the neighbors, many hours of fun and play. It also doubles as a waterslide during the hot summer months. The paint hasn't chipped and it hasn't rusted. It looks almost as good as new! Best toy investment we've ever made!

Lifetime is correct!

My husband and I purchased this play set for out granddaughter two years ago for her 5th birthday. At the time she was so very happy and said it was the best present ever! She is still saying it as she and the neighborhood children all love to play on it.she live in a 4 season climate and it gets every kind of weather but has held up beautifully. My husband is constantly amazed every time we go to visit and the set not only appears new but still feels like new. We thought it was a bit pricey at the time we got it but did not want wood due to the possible splinters and deterioration over a few years. We can't say enough great things about this play set because it has made both our granddaughter and us very happy and we expect it to for years to come.

Very durable!!

My parents in law had a playset that the main frame was made of wood.....It was falling apart within a couple years. They purchased this Lifetime playset last year.........All grandkids love it. It seems very durable with zero maintainence needed. We highly recommend!

Best purchase I could have made!

I bought this about two months ago and we have officially had it constructed for one month. My toddler (soon to be 3) loves it! It blends in well with our lawn in green and tan tones. Very heavy duty. My husband and I frequently sit on it or climb up into the tower. We haven't staked it down yet, and it doesn't move even when we swing on it. We do intend to stake it down in the future. The only thing I have found that I think could be improved is that the bars to climb up to the slide seem to be spaced a little bit further apart for younger children than I would recommend. Our toddler doesn't have trouble climbing, I just feel it would be safer if they were closer together.

Great Customer Service

I've had the Lifetime Big Adventure playset for almost 4 years. On moving the unit some of the hardware stripped the heads during disassembly. Customer service responded to an email requesting replacement parts without hesitation and without cost to me. It was nice to be surprised by how easy they made it to get my set back together and functioning after a move. The set itself has been outstanding for my kid and stands out when compared to other standard wooden sets. Great product, great service hands down!

Best Set Ever!

We have had many swingsets over the years. Our last "set" was actually a tree that we added a variety of play elements for the grand kids. We thought it was the ultimate play area for the kids until we had to cut the tree down. We checked out numerous swing sets, from expensive to inexpensive and finally settled on the Lifetime Adventure Set. What turned out to be a couple times a week of playing in the "play tree" turned into DAILY playing on this "adventure" set! The slide, the rock wall, the swings...all seem to beckon the kids (1 to 9). Add some water for the hot Arizona summers and a "blob" at the end of the slide, and our backyard beats the local spray pads. Finally, we had one issue with the set that was quickly and courteously addressed beyond our satisfaction. I am sold on the set and double sold on the company.

Our company has assembled hundreds of playsets and swing sets all over Phoenix, AZ and one of our favorite playsets to assembles is the LIFETIME play systems. Built to last and one of the few playsets that holds up well against Arizona monsoons. We highly recommend LIFETIME Playsets for the value and safety.

You get what you pay for.

We bought this for at the time for our 5 grandchildren. They love to swing, slide and climb on it. My 4 year granddaughter has to have her Papa push her and all I hear is "Higher Papa higher". Twin two year old boys are in toddler seats and their thing is "Up, Up, Up and Away" and the 1 year old granddaughter just smiles.
