My son bought this play set for his young children when he moved into our home. They loved it. We live in a high wind area and at first worried about whether it could withstand the strong gusts of wind. Made it through one year without any problems. My older grandchildren loved to play on the swing set as much as the little ones. It doesn't tip when heavier kids swing very high. Love that. The only problem is he took the swing when he moved. I'm going to have to invest in a Lifetime play set myself now.

Bought this set two years ago and it’s started rusting and now there are actual holes on supporting rails from the rust! Absolutely disappointing! Contacted customer service and they say it’s” due to the weather “. It’s been only two years! No warranty for wasting 2k on a product that should at least last 5-7 years if not longer!

It took a lot of work to get our set built. Twice we had to exchange parts including the main bar for the swings. However, the exchanges were easy since we only live 40 minutes away from the factory, and the customer service was so helpful and accommodating. We just called up and arranged to pick up non defective parts. It was well worth the work, though. We love our set. It is high quality, sturdy and virtually maintenance free.

We bought this playset almost 5 years. It has seen lots of play time but has rusted out. the rings, swings, lots of the joints and today the kids (6 yrs old, maybe 50lbs) were climbing up the stairs to the play house and the top stair broke! i just thought it would wear better in the FL weather

Bought this as the reviews were good and seemed easy to put together. After realizing nothing was marked we hired out the job to people who put these things together. Took three guys 7.5 hours and two trips for fasteners since we didn’t receive them all or they broke. The holes for the rough didn’t line up and the parts to the steering wheel that my daughter loves were missing. Also was surprised how thin the metal material is. If I had to do it over I’d buy something else. Disappointed

We bought the Big Stuff Swing Set 5 years ago for our 3 year old grandson. He loves it and uses it regularly. He loves to play pirate using the ship's wheel and binoculars, he calls it his "Jolly Golly". He and I enjoy eating lunch up on the platform-picnic style. When we first bought the playset he was too young to use some of the features. We wanted to buy a set that he both use right away, the baby bucket swing and the slide, and we wanted there to be activities that he could grow into such as the climbing wall and cargo net. Now that he's 8 years old he has me time him as he runs relays going both up and down the slide, climbing wall and cargo net. I have just recently acquired 3 new grandkids through marriage and I'm looking forward to the new memories we are going to make.

I chose this swing set because the price was right and the quality is good. I had been looking at vinyl swing sets for a few years, but could never bring myself to pay the ridiculous prices. I finally found this one and bought it in May for my 41/2 year old son. He loves it. Kids of all ages have already played on it, including two in their early teens, and I like to swing on it from time to time. I do think the swing bar needs to be a bit longer to comfortably fit 3 positions.

We're going on our second year with this swingset and we've gotten so much use out of it. I love how easy it is to keep clean, and the number of hours my kids get out of playing with it is priceless. Thank you lifetime! And also as a result of having this swingset in our yard, we've had three different friends of ours also purchase the same exact one as us cause they loved ours so much. We're setting a trend for you ;)

The swings are so nice, strong. I don't worry that it's going to tip, but when I swing, or sometimes even my five year old boy, one of the legs jumps up a little. I love all the features of the tower. There's a lot of little details that are awesome, like chalkboard, stars on the ceiling, steering wheel, spyglass. Slide is strong. Set up is a killer! It takes a lot of time, and some of the screws would not screw in well and were hard to connect. Some sections definitely require two people. Overall, my boys love it. It's a favorite. They spend lots of time outside with their imaginations, and that's what I wanted.
