My kids absolutely love this swing set and have been playing on it nonstop since we set it up. The twisty tunnel slide was the most difficult part of assembly, but all in all, the instructions were fairly clear and easy to follow, and we were able to get it fully assembled in a couple of days. The set appears to be of good quality and durability, and it has already been loads of fun for the kiddos.

The product itself was great. Easy to follow instructions. Just read step by step and anyone can build this thing. It does seem like a lot at first but once you start putting it together it is fun and slightly addicting.

My four grandchildren we adopted love this two of the boys are autistic and the 7 year old loves the swings and the playhouse ,and my five year old loves to climb and slide. My six year old lil girl loves it all the kitchen is her favorite. Thank you ,we got $300.00 off and it was a wonderful purchase. Wish the instructors was a lil better. It took us over 6 days to put it together. But they love there new playground.

I bought this playset for my granddaughter and finished setting it up in my back yard just in time for her third birthday. Assembly instructions were clear and almost idiot-proof as long as I stayed fully focused on the details and did not rush through it. Laying out all the parts ahead of each step really helped. It was quite obvious that the set was designed with safety and ease of assembly in mind. I spent considerable time leveling the ground before and during construction, opting not to build on any sort of platform; time will tell if I made the right decision. I will update this review once the little lady has had time to form an opinion.

We all love the newest addition for our kiddos! Every morning since having it installed it's the first thing our toddler is excited to remember having and can't wait to go play! The fellow that installed for us also went above and beyond doing a 2-day installation in one day by himself! It was long day for him, still having a 2+ hour drive back home!

It took us 12 hours to put it together. We still have small things to put on. I feel things like the crawl wall could have been preassembled. Slats on side walls could be preassembled. The hardest thing was the plastic tunnel slide!!! Also pictures are a 1000 words, but you all could have given some extra true words on the 114 steps. LOL

Overall happy with playset. Wish the packaging would be more in an order where you use everything in box 1 before going to box 2 or 3. Took way too long to look through 3 boxes to find my next material and hardware. Was time consuming to put together but was manageable

The swingset is great and the kids love it! Assembly was pretty straightforward. However, shipping was a different story altogether. After f until a shipment the swingset arrived in Jacksonville, which is only 70 miles from me. It sat there for 11 days with no update and was 6 days past the expected delivery date. In that time the swingset had dropped in price and was $300 cheaper as well. After multiple phone calls to the shipping company and being told it would be delivered on the 23rd of December I contacted Sam’s Club customer service. An independent contractor was finally contacted to pick up and deliver my merchandise. Maybe Sam’s should consider a different carrier.

I just set up my daughter play ground like 4 days ago. The wood parts are not in the same package as the manual installation steps. Means the 3 first wood part that I had to set up (2 of them were in box 1 and the 3rd one was on box 3) . I had to open and check 3 boxes just to find the first 3 parts. It was the same with almost all the different parts. Now it was completed, and in just a few days of rain in florida I have like 5 or 6 deferents wood crack. I spent 1600 in a play ground that is cracking already and I need to buy paint to protect the wood from Florida weather. I think for the price it needs to be better wood and be painted at list the first time with some water and UV protection paint. Any way my daughter love it. I just need to find a way to make it last

Several missing pieces/hardware, some things were even mislabeled. The final product is nice but it was a pain to build.
