The Bissell ProHeat 2X is a great carpet cleaner. I was able to remove pet stains that were 2-3 years old with only 2-3 pass over the stain with this machine. The Bissell also remove several other stains with only a single pass. Great machine and I would recommend it for anyone to buy for cleaning carpets.

Using only the floor cleaner, not the hose attachment for pet stains and stairs. Decent job using deep clean. True, can only do a small room without needing to empty dirty and add clean water + formula, but still great results for the price. Easy to assemble although assembly pictures could be better.

Great cleaner on carpet.Have a small dog that won't use pads if used more then 2 times.

Make sure you vacuum well first so it doesn't get clogged. Otherwise, works great on our rugs and carpet to remove pet odor.

This machine was more than I expected! I love it. It is easy as pie to use. I was very impressed with how well it worked. I highly recommend it!

Great Rug cleaner, but you have to make sure to wash out with vinegar after each time you use it. It also cleans tile grout!
