I like the roller brush design, but it does accumulate lint, even with vaccumimg before shampooing. This in turn drops on the carpet and requires cleaning of the shampooer. Not sure if this is by design, but a little annoying

This rug shampooer has cleaned my carpets and I have been able to put off getting a new rug for my bedroom for now! It took out stubborn stains and my rug smells wonderful!

This worked exactly as expected. It was easy to assemble and use. I was even able to use it on an area rug and it didn't saturate it. I really like it.

I had a cordless dyson vacuum for many years and it never cleaned great and the battery finally died. Getting this new Bissell I realized how dirty my floors had been this whole time! Completely happy with the vacuum!

The Bissell 2X outcleaned a professional carpet company's job. I spent about two days treating stains first with the Bissell Oxy spray (not the pet spray that came bundled) and Bissell's 4X concentrate. I rinsed with water several times. I own a beach rental and I was able to save about 1,000 sq ft of carpet. Very impressed.

I've only used this once so far, but it works really great. The only complaint I have is it really goes through the water. Seems like I'm stopping every 2 feet to do a new tank. But you CAN use this to your advantage if you go faster. My carpet was dry and just a couple hours. Maybe not even that long. As far as long-term im not sure yet! Fingers crossed! Ive had bad luck with these things.

I have had a few Bissell cleaners. This one is surely the best. The other two I had didn't have a beater bar so they just steamed and suck up the water and dirt. This one really gets into the carpet and lifts the dirt out. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for and carpet cleaner!!!

The Bissell ProHeat 2X is a great carpet cleaner. I was able to remove pet stains that were 2-3 years old with only 2-3 pass over the stain with this machine. The Bissell also remove several other stains with only a single pass. Great machine and I would recommend it for anyone to buy for cleaning carpets.
