Unpleasant experience
Had a very unpleasant experience with this product, Product lack quality control, almost everything does not align together even when installed by professional, shipped with a very unprofessional delivery company that brought everything broken and had to be replaced once, i bought it with assembly through go configure and their technicians could not put it without having to drill their own holes, having to find out that there was missing parts from the roof, they just put it together and ran away in a very bizarre way, having to deal with sams club customer care was another experience to find out how they are very untrained barley understand how to help you, took me 2 45 minute phone calls to finally find a responsive customer care rep to order the missing parts, do not know this fiasco will end

Assembly service is a joke.
I may be able to revise this review if I can ever get it assembled. I honestly don't know anything about the actual product yet. I received my 5 boxes a month ago. The original assembly was scheduled for 2 weeks ago and nobody showed up or contacted me to let me know until I called them to findout where they were. The same thing happened again today and again, nobody reached out to me. I have taken off of work twice now to be at home for assembly and they have not showed either time and nobody can tell me anything. I paid $800.00 to get this thing assembled. I've had it over a month and it's still in the boxes and I have no idea when I'm going to get it assembled. So much for enjoying it this summer. Worst experience I've ever had buying something like this online.

Beautiful item but low quality screws
We bought this item in September 2023 and had it assembled and installed October 2023. We are slightly less than 6 months since that time and numerous screws used to attach the gazebo to our deck have rusted heads and have fallen off. This is quite an issue when a large structure needs to be safely secured. It also makes me concerned with the rest of the hardware.

12x16 Barrington
Had my 12x16 Barrington gazebo installed, they did a very good job took almost all day with 2 1/2 men. I have now completed installation of tv with swing up mount, ran electrical conduit paint black, installed two electrical box's for power for tv and electrical box provided on post. Also installed 52” outdoor ceiling fan and a 120” crank down shade to block the sun in the afternoon. Very pleased the way it turned out.
incredibly disappointing customer service
I ordered this gazebo in March thinking I would have plenty of time for installation before my husband’s 50th birthday at the beginning of June. I would love to review this gazebo but it is still in boxes in my garage now that it’s May. Do not select installation from the SamsClub for this item. They have canceled on me twice. It is now been more than one week since they canceled on me last and they still have not contacted me back with the reschedule date. I have had to call them every single time to harass them to ask them to reschedule me. They do not reach out whatsoever. I am really hoping I will love my gazebo once it’s installed because the materials look fantastic and nice and sturdy. But it is not doing me any good in my garage on the floor. My best advice find your own installer. If you are not strong enough, we don’t have enough people to install it yourself..

Nice gazebo, horrible 3rd party installation
I bought this Gazebo about a month ago, and I must say that I finally was able to enjoy my Gazebo today. That's correct, today. I really enjoy the quality of the Gazebo, however, I am very frustrated with the third party (GoConfigure) assembly services. Initially, GoConfigure sent two staff to build it. One member of the team was very punctual, meticulous in building their portion of the project. The other members were not efficient in their techniques. The team took two days to build it. Also, I provided specific instructions on the exact placement of my Gazebo. They placed the Gazebo in another spot. One half of the rooftop seemed to be loose as well as several brackets were missing. I found a bracket in the grass. Perhaps, it was left there because they were working very late into the night. One of the legs protrude outward and was not standing straight up. The electrical box was not assembled. Screws for the anchor and other screws were missing as well. Lastly, the staff informed me that they charged extra to include the anchor in place. Although I was promised that they would return on a third day, I never heard back at all. I reached out to their project manager, Phil on several occasions. He informed me that he was very busy and would call me back but he did not. I called their dispatcher, Brittany, with KCT, contracted with GoConfigure, and she informed me that they would come to my home to fix the problem. They did not show up or call. Although I paid for assembly, the project was not completed. I am very displeased and urge anyone to not agree to get their Gazebo assembled through GoConfigure, you've been warned.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY COMPANY
I bought this and called to see when it was going to be delivered. They said today, so I stayed home and waited. Only for this delivery company to put the boxes at the end of my driveway and to find out the delivery company can't come on property!!! So unless you can carry the boxes by yourself DON'T ORDER!!! When I called the lady hung up on me. Finally got on chat and was able to talk to someone and tell them to come get this! I am taking my business elsewhere!

Great Gazebo Project
This is a well-designed and organized kit for simple construction with minimal experience. It is packaged and labeled well. The instructions are clear except for a couple of places I’ll note below. Delivery: The order arrived in Houston about a week before the estimated delivery date but was not delivered to us until a week after the estimated delivery date. The packages were all in good condition. They are heavy to move around. Assistance & Assembly Time: I was able to do the assembly completely by myself except for two times I needed a few assistants for about ½ hour each time. [Step 7 (Attach 14-ft beams to posts with 10-ft beams attached), Step 12 (Installing roof support), and Step 30-35 (Attach roof panels).] It is a lot of bending over, moving parts, and using a drill to install connectors. I worked on it for about 5 days for about 4 hours each day. Tools: It would help if the Screw Setter H100764 was magnetic to hold screws while lining up with the holes. A hammer drill and 3/16” hammer drill bit are needed for installation on a concrete slab. I used firring strips as spacers between roof panels during construction so they could lay on top of each other during assembly. Positioning: Layout and mark final post positions. We put the gazebo next to our house with a 6” gap between the house gutter and the gazebo roof edge. This was barely enough to pass the roof section up between the gap and took some extra hands to support this during installation. It also made installing the Corner Ridge Cap in Step 40 difficult as this is intended to slide onto Ridge Cap Channel from the bottom. We used pliers to bend open the Corner Ridge Cap on one side to allow this to clip over the Ridge Cap Channel and then bend back in place as best as possible before sliding into position. Assembly Notes: Recommend doing Step 9-11 before Step 7-8 so assistants can help with Step 7 and Step 12 at the same time. I did all roof panel framing before attaching sheeting. (Step 14-18 twice, Step 22-26 twice, then Step 19-21 twice and Step 27-29 twice.) IMPORTANT NOTES: Step 20 & 28 Ridge Cap Channel Assembly – Ensure the bottom end of the channel is above the bottom roof joist to allow space for installation of the Edge Trim Corner Splice in Step 38. THIS IS NOT MENTOINED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. Step 38 Edge Trim Corner Splice Assembly – Ensure Edge Trim Corner Splice is UNDER the Ridge Cap Channel. THIS IS NOT CLEAR IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. This is needed to allow installation of the Corner Ridge Cap in Step 40.

$300 Shipping Fraud
This review is not on the product but the ordering method. Don't purchase this item online and let them charge you $300 shipping. The actual item# in the store is 990055566.If you search that number on their online website, it'll bring up the same product but with item# 990283542, which states its not available for pick up but shipping only...BAM $300. Check with store associate to see if they actually have them in stock under item# 990055566. I got sucked into this but luckily caught it when I went to pick up some patio furniture, which they had in stock, and got to taking to an associate and she showed me that they had them. I'm in the process of cancelling the online order and once i get my refund, I plan on going to the store and purchasing it directly.

Great product!
We bought this gazebo and were extremely happy with the clear and well written directions. Every part was labeled and the directions indicated which parts were needed for each step. The finished product was more than I hoped. Great quality. The only concern was for the effort it took to get the roof panels lifted up onto the frame. You definitely need people with strength. Looking forward to spending my summer using this space on my cement patio.
