Not Effective similar products have more intense and accurate points

Packaging is really nice wheb you open it. The instructions are clear. It does have vibration but nothing hard. The heat on this thing happens with in seconds. Feels great for my lower back and knee.

What a combination of great products and at even a greater price

Seemed like it was going to be a good product but right out of the box the one unit would not work.

Can’t say it helps with massage. Just kind of vibrates. I probably need to take back.

Perfect Recovery Set. So many options. Just what I need post workout relax and recovery. Love the portable suction cup and the lower back heat and massage. Highly recommended. My go to for post-workout bliss.

Joint and back vibration and heat are fine. The other 2 gadgets are gimmicky. The remote pad works, but ineffective. I don't even know what the suction cup is supposed to accomplish. Not worth $100.
