I use this for my knee only, I like it because I can walk around and still have heat on my knee. This is my second time buying this because I wore out the Velcro on the knee heater. I’ve tried the back heater and it is nice too You cannot do the cupping on your own, someone has to help.

Great product. I suffer from chronic pain in arms and knees due to military service and my wife saw this product with me in mind. It relieves my pain in a short time. I use it daily and hope it last for quite some time. If you have pain issues then this is right for you.

This ia an awesome massager for the total body. I was suffering from pain in my left arm when I decided to purchase a Fit Foundry Massage system from SAMS CLUB. After my first use, I felt relief from the pain, about 90% of my pain was gone. I am recommending this product. A very good massager to keep as a companion.

For the life of me I can't understand why this product has so many negative reviews.. all of it works amazing, the fact that these heat up in a matter of seconds with vibration and our type-c rechargeable is awesome, 4 years ago this type of Technology would have cost five times the price!! I have a sneaking suspicion that the vast majority of users who made negative reviews are not athletic individuals that would actually benefit from utilizing therapeutic devices like these and wonder why they're getting bruises and discomfort!! Targeted pain relief devices like this is primarily utilized for athletic recovery, not a typical massage experience!! Why do you think you see some of the top World athletes covered in cupping bruises and stuff like that, it's not for an average individual!!

Bought this last week and it has been one of my best purchases. I have a bd back and the het and massage has been amazing. Also the electric tens with heat has helped so much. Still need to learn the cupping.

Very good heat and vibration strength. Note that the joint wrap is great for knees but is way too big to fit elbows. The cupping device is VERY strong - the lowest setting needs to be lower as the bruises lasted for weeks on just the lowest setting. A great value for the money. Note that this is NOT infrared. The orange coloring on the pictures is digitally added to show where the heat is.

The massager part feels okay, but it is extremely frustrating because I cannot find a customer service number to ask questions. I read the manual, but I need more instructions on how to select the massage intensity and the heat temperature. There is no contact us number in the manual nor on Google. If anyone has found a way to contact this company, please help.

The devices do not heat a described. The adhesive pads don’t adhere to your body. We returned the product. The coupling device does not adjust. It is intense sucking/cupping of the skin no matter what the setting. No heat sensation at all.
