The back strap got extremely hot and almost left burns. The cupping instrument, even on the lowest setting, left some pretty crazy bruises. All were returned and do not recommend.

Got it on sale so I had to try it. Love this set it really work. Been working in my back yard for two months straight and I needed some relief for my back. I immediately felt relief and support provided. Purchased another one for a friend that was also having back issues.

This set was gifted to me & OMG do the people need to know how good it is. My husband & I are both athletes & parents & are constantly on the go, so LOVED that we can enjoy this in the comfort of our own home after long days of work(ing). I'm obsessed with the wearable relief pad - you can put it almost anywhere on your body for a "stem" like massage - I used mine the other day on a big knot on my back. My husband loves the joint relief wrap & wears it at night for his knee pain. 10/10 would recommend for value - you get so much for only $99. What a deal!!

The cupping device will leave a bruise on your skin even without heat, also if you use the sticky pad in same area back to back even on low heat your skin will blister in that area.

The package NEVER ARRIVED! The delivery person drove off with the package and never returned. She did however report the package as delivered! I complained MULTIPLE times without success. Due to the lack of customer support I will not renew my membership with Sam’s Club!
