[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV on 7/16/2021 and on 8/26/2021 the picture went to black and white. The repair took to long. They came yesterday, (10/15/2021) and fixed it. Two months?. We have five TV's in our home and three of them are Philips. We like the products, but just pray they don't have a problem>

This TV when it shuts off goes into a mode that is impossible to get it to turn back on. I read reviews that you have to press quickly on the remote off button on not hold it down, still doesn't work if you are a day before turning the TV back on. It is a nuisance as I have to unplug the TV and plug it back on to make it work.

Volume is clear and very loud. Never miss anything throughout Movies or TV shows. Apps download quickly. Google Assistant easy to use to vocally search for shows on TV. All in one. I had no problems with set up. Everything was pretty much straight to the point. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Phillips TV has been such a perfect addition to our family room. It is super easy to watch shows on Disney +, Netflix, and Hulu. We can add whatever apps we need. This TV has an amazing picture that is very clear with bright beautiful colors. Volume is great from the speakers, the remote is so easy to use, and the TV has enough hookups to add my kids gaming devices with 3 HDMI ports, an ethernet port and a USB port to connect with just about any device. Overall, very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Philips positions Google Assistant as the leading reason to buy this TV. Except the actual voice commands are sooo slow. Often it doesn't pick up my voice. When it does, I have to watch it transcribe my voice over 10 seconds. Assuming it DOES hear me properly, it then is severely limited with what it can do with your prompt. Here's the rub: if you have a google home device already in your house, this TV adds zero value. Your Google Home device is WAY better at picking up your voice and can do way more things. The worst part: this TV CAN'T sync with or interact with any of your other Home devices. So you can't tell Google to turn on your TV or to play that show on Netflix - you would need to go pick up the remote and press the record button and tell the TV that information. If I have to tell the TV to access netflix USING the remote, why the heck wouldn't I just click the Netflix button on the remote? Ah, but the extremely sluggish UI on this TV actually make you hesitate as to which experience you think is better. Honestly it's a jack of all trades, bad at most of them TV. Just buy a regular smart TV, plug in a chromecast, and your TV will be instantly better than this one. The picture is decent once you're actually watching something and I love how thin the TV is. That's enough to get 2 stars instead of 1.

Plugged it in, entered some account info for Google, Netflix, etc and I was up and running in minutes. It has many cool features such as Google Assistant, and comes with many apps already installed. The google assistant works well and it is easy to install apps using google play. Performance of Android is good, it is snappy and there are no delays while navigating menus. Picture is absolutely beautiful, crisp, vibrant and surprisingly accurate. This tv is perfect for watching Netflix ,YouTube , Spotify and many more apps. If you're looking for a high quality picture screen, HDR and smart features - AND, all the streaming access we highly recommend this TV!!

Philips is a brand we have always loved for our electronics so it was no surprise that the quality would exceed our expectations with this TV! The set up was very quick and easy with a step by step process and the picture is sharp and bright. I love having a smart TV so I can easily access Netflix and Hulu and even YouTube. The Google assistant feature is my favorite! I can easily change the channel, adjust volume, ask to start my favorite show or certain video on YouTube. Makes it so hard to go back to a regular remote in our living room! Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality affordable smart TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips 43" 4K ultra HD android smart LED tv is superb! This television is lightweight, it's easy to set up right out of the box. It's super easy to download the apps and get your tv viewing up and running, only a few simple minutes and using your smartphone you can wirelessly transfer info straight to your tv. The picture and sound quality are impressive. The only slight issue I ran into was the google assistant not working on the remote or app. I simply factory reset it and reinstalled my apps and good to go.

It has an amazing screen quality and display, and a high range in sound. The TV is great side and looks great in my living room. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for about a week now the setting up process was easy. I love that you could download a lot of apps compared to other TVs. The same day I got it it froze for like 20-30 mins. I had to restart it multiple times. Sometimes when I turn it on it flashes multiple colors. The volume is pretty good what I don't like is it doesn't say the number according to how loud it is. Sometimes it says I have no internet connection even though I do & only some apps work when that happens.
