[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for over a month now and I am pretty happy with it overall. The only problem I have had is the sound. I have tried everything and can only get the sound to work with my surround sound or with the TV sound, but not both. I even tried calling LG for help. This TV is replacing an LG TV I bought a few years ago. I hooked this one up just like the last one and no luck. Other than that frustration, the sound and picture are both really good.

I’m excited about the AI Television but I really don’t understand The remote control, spastic, uncontrollable, zipping across the screen issues I’m having. There needs to be a way to control the speed of this wheel, and if there is one, I haven’t found it in the guidebook yet I’m still fumbling through that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv 2 weeks ago it’s still going strong. Overall the tv quality especially for playing games is really great I absolutely love the 4K view age of everything it looks really nice. The tv is also really loud but silent at the same time, for instance you can have it at a loud volume but even outside my room that’s not soundproof and my brother usually complains it’s really good. My brother hasn’t complained once so I really love this purchase and everything that is comes with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love your LG product. I still have a TV that I bought in 2007 It still works still great TV, but it was time for us to update our Lg Tv. I love this TV. It feels like you’re right there next to the characters. The colors are perfect..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had LG TVs throughout the years as well as other brands. LG operating system has always been my favorite and throughout the years it has only gotten better. It gets more streamlined and simpler to use, expanding app selection, and the interconnectivity with other LG products makes it so amazing. The picture quality improves each time as well. The dimensions of the TV, especially how thin and flat they are make them easy to place and make it a breeze to use a wall mount with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV 2 weeks ago and I had another one for 2 years but unfortunately it broke in my move. So it should tell you how much I enjoy it. That I went out and bought the same TV 86 inch but newer technology Again!!!

I received as a gift and wasn't consulted prior to the gifting. We don't have Alexa (we have Google) and we have been Spectrum customers for over 20 years, neither which are compatible with my new 'smart TV'. I am a Prime Member and enjoy the great picture provided by my LG tv. But really miss viewing local news, especially YNN news on all my TV's. Prior to the LG tv, I accessed local news via Roku and 'cable connection'. Roku is now used in another area of my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a different brand of television that failed after one year. My new LG TV was easy to setup and the picture is amazing. I’ve had a lot of comments on the picture quality. Plus the price was very reasonable for an LG TV. So far very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. The screen is huge, which is fun. It's like having our own movie theater in our living room. The sound is great. I don't need a separate sound bar. I'm still having trouble connecting it to the internet wi-fi to watch streaming services through Xfinity. But that may be user error .
