[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last LG tv was about 4 years old when a green picture tube failed. It is nice to see colors again. My big complaint is the cursor jumps to hyper speed when I am happy moving cursor by clicking and the movement can only be slowed but not stopped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good picture, good sound, but remote is difficult to read and use— needs larger, lit buttons—also too many clicks to find channel edit, and cursor is jumpy and very frustrating to aim, select, or type. The remote needs redesigned!

It’s a full review reason being no manual no water, special tricks, and how to set it up. Alexa doesn’t respond doesn’t work if things that just didn’t come with this particular model after the upgrades have to be made so if it’s possible, sending a manual with detailed instructions to set it up, go through it all, if that’s possible.

I was given this tv as a gift for a replacement of my LG oled65cxpua. I didn’t think I would but it matches up well. The size is where it wins the contest. Both are features are great. I am a happy customer and officially team LG. Gave a 4 because its always room for improvement.

Honestly, the inability to opt out of the data collection / spyware / surveillance part it is a real turn off. If I had known about this level of intrusion, I would have done more research to see if there's a brand that doesn't insist on this to even let you watch tv...

I replaced my television about a month ago. I’ve had several “smart” televisions over the past few years but this is the first truly smart one I’ve had. I learn a little more everyday on its capabilities. It has one of the easier learning curves I’ve seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old LG TV that needed updating, so I bought this bigger 55" one. The picture quality is fine. But I absolutely hate the way the menu section works, there should be a simpler solution to switch to Roku or a DVD player, The old TV had a simple button to click, now this product with its menu makes this a very unfriendly clicking around need. I also object strongly to the "necessity" of having all the data of my use collected and moved on to who knows who. This should be an option only if one has the wish for that!

I purchased this television a few weeks ago and could not be more thrilled. The picture quality is great, the sound is awesome, and the features are hard to beat. The remote control offers different ways to access my media and the mobile application to control the television works wonders, especially having a QWERTY keyboard that makes searching a breeze.

Love the TV.. Great picture and sound. The only reasons I can't give 5 stars are the remote and having to go through seemingly endless menus. The remote default to the bouncy cursor is most annoying and really unneeded. If the TV simply defaulted to the live TV setting, it would be an improvement.
