[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my basement just before Thanksgiving. Could not connect to my Dish cable provider and had alot of trouble connecting DVD - WII etc to the TV. HDMI #1 would not accept any device. Had to do an even exchange and get another LG. Had to call support to get other internet functions working. The second TV is working great color and sound. Only issue is the the LG Channel - once I pick a show cannot get out of the function very easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV keeps reverting to “STORE” mode” which continually shows the Brand and Model number in boxes on the screen. This box moves randomly to different places on the screen which interrupts normal viewing. Also, I called LG at 6:30PM to discuss this unresolved (already called once). Couldn’t understand the Representative so I asked for a supervisor—he hung up on me—probably because one of the questions on the LG survey asked if the rep could be clearly understood. When I called back a different rep told me all supervisors had gone home but he would have one to call me back. Supervisor NEVER called back and problem with TV still exists.

I’ve had this monitor for about a month it’s very sensitive to the input material, it’s HD it’s great not it’s noticeable. It’s has a hard time staying synced to my Yamaha 3020 AVR have to reset it alot pain.

The TV picture is quite dark and when the scene is at night it’s very difficult to see anything. We have been pretty disappointed. Just not very bright.

Very good easy to use tv. I’m Happy with the features. Sometimes the ads on the main menu are annoying but I think that’s the case with a lot of smart tvs. Very good and good price too.

I bought this TV about a month ago and it has a really nice picture. The down side of it is that it takes the TV awhile to sync up first thing in the morning when first turning it on.
