[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this tv has the best picture quality going. If they would fix the eARC issues I would rate it excellent and with 5 stars. I have to use the optical out connection to my Onkyo 5.2 receiver which is good but I bought the S90CD OLED 4K TV (2023) specifically in part due to its Atmos support and when it works it's 'Bang On The Nail'. Unfortunately in the last firmware (v2020) update they broke it again. Please fix it again Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is as lush, detailed and dazzling as you would expect in an OLED. Once you have one it's hard to imagine buying something lesser. My only quibbles: at times when I turn on the set I get a loud staticky noise that forces me to unplug and reboot the set. Also, adding streaming channels to the main menu is not initially intuitive. The menu should also be larger to accommodate more channels.

TV delivered late and soaking wet. Difficult to go thru phone maze to find correct source. Replacement received a few days later. Setting up takes a effort but tv now works ok. Still waiting for coupon for free apt for Hulu etc. lots of promises with no results

This purchase was supposed to include a 65 credit for streaming. I've been bounced between the 800 customer service and the local store. I still haven't received the advertised credit as advertised. My renewal comes up in January and I will not renew my membership.

Reasonably priced. Easy set up. Great picture and sound.

Love this TV ,the picture and all the different functions are fantastic, easy to navigate, Sound quality from the TV speakers is the best iv ever heard, I didn't even need to add my sound bar to enhance the sound quality
