Wonderful picture and easy set up

The tv was packaged very well and arrived in good condition. I had researched tvs and knew I wanted this model. It is all that it should be. The picture is crisp and colors perfect. I had no problem with the connections and set up. But I should add that I already had a Samsung account. I have 3 Samsung tvs so I recommend the brand. The price was right so I would recommend Sam's Club. This is my first major purchase from Sam's Club and my first on-line purchase.

Samsung worth the money

We had a Vizio 65" but wanted a clearer picture. We got a whole lot more. Super crisp picture along with a smarter TV. Darker scenes look better. Maneuvering through the apps and returning to programs we were watching is super easy now.

TV is beautiful! Only issue I have is I needed a printed receipt to get the Hulu promotion. The store wasn't able to print out my recept since I ordered online. Now I need to figure out how to get one printed. I don't have a printer.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, really love this TV. perfect size, great picture. User interface is fine, neither the best nor poor. One minor issue is I wish it had either a faster processor or more RAM or something as it sometimes will get stuck for a bit / move slowly as you are going through the user interface.

A good TV with way more technology than we need.

We have had a smart TV before, this one is a replacement. Still waiting on the free ap which was probably more trouble than it was worth, luckily we are retired and have the time. I think we may have the sound problem fixed. We would get picture with no sound. A good TV once we work out the bugs. Maybe just too much technology. We are computer savvy.

Almost Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this tv has the best picture quality going. If they would fix the eARC issues I would rate it excellent and with 5 stars. I have to use the optical out connection to my Onkyo 5.2 receiver which is good but I bought the S90CD OLED 4K TV (2023) specifically in part due to its Atmos support and when it works it's 'Bang On The Nail'. Unfortunately in the last firmware (v2020) update they broke it again. Please fix it again Samsung.

It's all about the color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is as lush, detailed and dazzling as you would expect in an OLED. Once you have one it's hard to imagine buying something lesser. My only quibbles: at times when I turn on the set I get a loud staticky noise that forces me to unplug and reboot the set. Also, adding streaming channels to the main menu is not initially intuitive. The menu should also be larger to accommodate more channels.

Very Glitchy Operating System

TV was very glitchy the first month or so. Randomly freezing, screen is zoomed in so you cannot see anything, and other issues. It seems to be getting better with age but for what I paid for it, I would not recommend others to purchase this set. TV was relatively easy to set up by myself.

Price drop before unboxing

The tv is fine but the fact that the price dropped 200.00 before we unboxed it was very disappointing, I emailed Sam's and they said they would price match but never followed through. Not a happy Sam's club member at the moment

samsung s90c flashes black randomly

angry. one week old samsung s90c 65" flashes black randomly. Not really 60hz on a 5070ti. Lots of problems no fixes. 4th tv in 10 years. too big for the garbege. This is my last 65".
