[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an amazing TV when I first got it, then since the last firmware update apps routinely crash, and/or lock up the TV completely. Even though I love the picture quality, I will probably never buy another Samsung due to the poor software. Sadly disappointed; make a dumb TV so we can use our streaming engine of choice!

Hands down the best picture in a TV I've ever owned. Only 4 stars due to the EARC sound software issue. The cutting in and out sound issue when using EARC/HDMI is the same as hundreds of other users are experiencing after your latest firmware upgrade. A temporary work around is to use optical sound but it's not the same quality. Please address this for us!!!

Had this TV for 15 months. The color was great, and the TV worked fine. Then about two weeks ago the screen started to go bad, flashing red, green and blue colors in the upper left-hand corner on startup. on closer inspection of that corner fine horizontal lines were visible. The lines did not continue across the entire screen. Warranty turned us down claiming the TV had Non-Manufacturing Damage (NMD), implying that we did the damage. That was impossible! The retailer made good on the warranty and took it back. We decided to upgrade and buy a Sony TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this tv has the best picture quality going. If they would fix the eARC issues I would rate it excellent and with 5 stars. I have to use the optical out connection to my Onkyo 5.2 receiver which is good but I bought the S90CD OLED 4K TV (2023) specifically in part due to its Atmos support and when it works it's 'Bang On The Nail'. Unfortunately in the last firmware (v2020) update they broke it again. Please fix it again Samsung.

Wanted to display my children's pictures on the television using my smartphone. The software is so poorly designed I gave up after two hours trying to make it work. Other than that it's adequate.

I bought this in April 2024 as replacement for 2 S95 LEDs that were having problems after updating software. This S90 CD was much more stable and clear. I has been an excellent product and in my opinion as good as the S95 units that were replaced by this. I have a Qsymphony HW sound bar with rear speakers so the sound is similar to the S95. The only issue that I have is sometimes the sound is muted and I have to go between the TV and Qsymphony sound to get the sound back. The picture is what we are paying for with the OLED and it is crisp whether cable TV or streaming. The viewiing angle is much better than any LED/LCD. The Remote is cheaper than the S95 remote but putting a bright silicone cover on the remote helps the feel and easier to locate in the seat cushions. Over All it is a great addition to our Video room, I am praying that Samsung doesnt release a future software update that disrupts the picture quality as so far we are very happy with our S90CD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is as lush, detailed and dazzling as you would expect in an OLED. Once you have one it's hard to imagine buying something lesser. My only quibbles: at times when I turn on the set I get a loud staticky noise that forces me to unplug and reboot the set. Also, adding streaming channels to the main menu is not initially intuitive. The menu should also be larger to accommodate more channels.
