This was very easy to setup it even included something I could scan and see how to assemble it on my phone step by step. My son and I had it together in no time. I am not the most tech savvy person and I was able to get everything going once we had it set up without help. I have done several workouts on it and with it. Having ifit I am able to customize the my workout for what's best for me that and the little fan that's built in are my favorite things about this machine. I am really impressed with the size because it is nice and wide so it does not make me feel like I am about to fall off the machine. It folds up and down easy, but doesn't require too much effort. It locks into place and holds it. I don't worry about it being unfolded properly because the hydraulics all work for me. Second, the belt can withstand heavy steps. It doesn't stop no matter what. My partner has a heavy foot and often found this to happen at commercial gym. This machine is way better than anything he has found in a gym. Third - iFit. hands down WORTH every penny and more. It motivates me, encourages me and the wide variety of workouts has kept me from getting bored. Highly recommend this treadmill. This is an amazing treadmill. This treadmill comes with a 12% incline and a -3% decline. This helps build muscle in those calves. The assembly was very detailed and easy to put together. You will need 2 individuals to put this treadmill together. Once together, it is simple to move around to get it into the spot you need. I have mine in our “dining area” of our trailer, and it fits perfectly. Once folded, it barely takes up any room at all. This treadmill has been a nightmare over the past 2 years. I got a whole one month out of it before the motor went out. It was fixed and a couple months later broke again. The manufacturer warranty only covered the first repair to be done. Since then, we have had to figure it out on our own. I'm finally typing this review today after the motor again going out. It came to an abrupt stop while I was running on a 7. Now, it only moves at a 12 and almost sent me flying after doing a factory restart. I'm obsessed with iFit but this treadmill is apparently for someone who doesn't use it. Luckily, or so I thought, I bought the protection plan. Their determination was that I need to take the treadmill to a local repair shop. Yep, great idea. It's so light and easy to move..nope. If you buy this treadmill, be prepared to do a LOT of repairs or use it as a paper weight for your floor

This is the best purchase I have ever made. No matter what it's like outside I can still enjoy a walk. The best part is I can walk anywhere in the world with my iFit membership. The cost per year is less than a gym and it's in the convenience of my home.
