This was very easy to setup it even included something I could scan and see how to assemble it on my phone step by step. My son and I had it together in no time. This is an amazing treadmill. This treadmill comes with a 12% incline and a -3% decline. This helps build muscle in those calves. The assembly was very detailed and easy to put together. You will need 2 individuals to put this treadmill together. Once together, it is simple to move around to get it into the spot you need. I have mine in our “dining area” of our trailer, and it fits perfectly. Once folded, it barely takes up any room at all. There are constantly little things going wrong with this thing. The plastic bottom pieces don't fit, the support for fold away is too small, the programs are constantly buffering, the wheel squeaks and now a grinding noise is occurring. Really disappointed in this machine.
