I have done several workouts on this machine it does not disappoint. You have a built in fan to keep you cool during your workouts this is one of my favorite features. I have a small home and you can lift it up to store it this is great so its not taking over the room when not in use. The quality of the machine is better then any I have seen in my local gyms. It was easy to set up me and my son were able to get it set up with no issues at all. I use to walk outside but when the weather was bad I always had to skip my workouts now I am glad I made this purchase because it gives me the opportunity each day to get my workout in each day. You are able to use ifit on this one and it gives you a new outlook on exercise for sure. The range you can go on this Treadmill will hit any level you are at if you are just starting out or you are a pro I would say this machine would be perfect for you. While I love that it has 12% incline and 12 mph, those are really the only things I like. I'm not into the classes at all— so the screen and all the bells and whistles are unnecessary. I just want to hop on the treadmill and start working out. And in order to do that you have to go through about 10 different steps / buttons. It also forces you to warm up every single time. You can skip it—but it's glitchy and time consuming. The most disappointing feature is bc of the blue tooth/ wi fi you can have you phone close to the treadmill. I had it resting on the frame and noticed my speeds / inclines would change without me hitting any buttons. Super annoying and dangerous. Honestly I wouldn't but this again and like our 10 year old treadmill better.

The iFIT programs are a lot of fun. I really enjoy the different trainers, locations and variety of workouts. The machine itself has developed a very annoying squeak. We had a tech out last year to fix it (after months of delays in scheduling) but that hasn't solved the problem. I'm not sure what to do now, especially since the main warranty is up. It's disappointing.

I absolutely love this treadmill. I am so glad I decided to try this out. I do not have much space in my home so I have turned my storage room into a workout storage area. While this treadmill is large and takes up room while being used it does a great job of folding up and using very little space when not in use. The treadmill comes with one free year of IFIT which is a personal trainer workout program where you can work out while looking at beautiful scenery and following along with a professional. I love this item, it even has blue tooth to listen to music or shows while you work out. I feel so much more accomplished and happy with myself when I force myself to get up and exercise rather than sitting around all day. I am very happy with this product. I was given this product at a discounted rate for my honest unbiased opinion.

As an individual person doing this myself, I found it very structured to put together. Everything was labeled and marked and clearly explained. It is exceptionally heavy even in pieces so I had to do this myself. I used sawhorses to hold things up as I needed it. The pieces are logical together. There is an app to help you with it but honestly I just watched a video and it aided me well. The treadmill itself is very intuitive. I did not have to read any manuals about the iFit or the interface (its an android tablet). It grades up and down with minimal noise, and the iFit subscription is like the big P without all the elitism. I find it enjoyable and immersive with all the acoutrements I need. My favorite part is how easy it folds up and down. You even have a handy dandy foot emblem to tell you where to press so it can fold down and it has an easy slow path down. Great if you have to keep it folded up in a smaller room. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for an unbiased and honest opinion about my experiences with it.

I have been looking for a treadmill to help with cardio for a few months, and I am so happy to have found this one! It has a built in fan and 1 year worth of iFit. The instructions that came with it was very straightforward. It does take 2 people to put it together but it wasn't hard because of the detailed instructions. The incline is amazing. THE BEST TREADMILL IVE EVER RAN ON!

Very large and impressive Treadmill. Easy to assemble, and display is easy to use and navigate. The treadmill can be raised to save space, when not in use. It does take a little bit of time to turn on and boot up, thats usually when I gather my water, and put on my running shoes. Incline and decline is a smooth operation. This has a safety key, to insure the treadmill does not move outside of my workout. Sound quality is nice, and you can easily adjust the trainer/guide and the music individually. Paired with headphones, this makes for a great yoga session. Included was a subscription to iFit. Very large range of programs to target any area, including the mind, and tips on eating and staying mindful about everyday things. I have enjoyed the programs I have completed, and learned so many new things. This is nice for any level of fitness, beginner to pro. I started my journey 3 weeks ago, and have way more energy, sleep better, and look forward to my daily workouts. I got this Treadmill for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

There are constantly little things going wrong with this thing. The plastic bottom pieces don't fit, the support for fold away is too small, the programs are constantly buffering, the wheel squeaks and now a grinding noise is occurring. Really disappointed in this machine.

I want to love this treadmill. I really enjoy ifit, but the quality of this equipment is really terrible. From the start we noticed the fit and finish was poor; cover parts felt flimsy and didn't fit together flush and snug. We should have seen that as a foreshadow, but since those issues were cosmetic, we overlooked it and pressed on with the equipment. Big mistake. Within the first few months of using it (and not even using it a lot!), it needed a new lift motor, new console, new speakers, and new wire harness! Basically our machine was rebuilt. I should have demanded Proform replace it, but they were clearly not eager to do so and I didn't fight hard enough, so now it is out of warrantee, still doesn't run great, and I have no recourse. Be smarter than me. Buy something else! I will never buy Proform or Nordic Track ever again. That said, I do LOVE iFit. That is the only redeeming quality.

The box is very large, and it was delivered by a freight semi. Driver was very friendly and sat the beast on my patio, where I opened the box and took it in my house piece, by piece. All hardware is included for assembly. Treadmill is easy to assemble, but does require a second set of hands at certain points. Included was a 1 yr subscription to iFit. iFit offers a wide variety of trainers, and guides that cover equipment workouts, plus mind & health habits. You can follow the trainers, or map your own route. The Treadmill auto adjusts incline/decline and speed based on workouts, and keeps track of my progress, making it challenging along the way. You can also manual override & lower or increase speed and incline. While the treadmill is quite large, it also can be raised to save space. This has a safety key, that if removed the treadmill will not move. Sound quality is nice, and volume can be adjusted on the music and trainer individually.
