I only use mine on the lowest setting as the higher options are too much in my opinion. The different attachments are great but I mainly use the ball attachment for all over. Perfect for sore, stiff neck. Love it!

It can be taken on the go or just used at home and put away neatly. It comes with 5 attachments that are easily interchangeable. It also offers 3 intensity levels depending on what you neee. It has an easy to read instruction pamphlet to help you choose which attachment and body part to use on. I tend to have alot of tense and sore areas and this helps to relieve it. I really like this massager alot and would definitely recommend.

This massager does the job and gets deep down with its magnificent penetration. Since I don’t have help or anyone to give me a massage, this device has come to take the cake. The tension that I have within my body is definitely receiving the impact of the work and force that this massager is able to provide. There are several attachments that are included to penetrate different areas of my body, which is definitely awesome. The case is nice and holds everything in place neatly. This is such a blessing and a need for my tense, aching body.

It comes in a great case, that organizes the pieces and keeps everything together and well stored. The four different attachments are amazing and each do a very different job, effectively massaging different areas with different intensities. The battery lasts a long time. I've only had to charge it once and we use it often. Its amazing at hitting back and shoulder pain and also at getting those leg muscles. It is powerful and had different speed settings, so you can get exactly the power you need. I like that it also has a battery light indicator, letting you know when it is about time to recharge the massager. I highly recommend this deep tissue massager for all of your muscle pains.

I suffer from extreme back /body pain and other percussion massagers that I have tried hurt my back/ body even more. This is especially true after a good amount of exercise. I feel this really does help to relieve that and loosen those muscles. I find the most relief and benefit on my quads and hamstrings. Those get so tight they cause me sciatica pain periodically and this thing really helped get in deep and loosen them up. You still need to stretch of course, but after you get used to it, this thing feels great. I love it. It seems to be well made, has some weight to it, and works flawlessly.

It comes with 5 different head attachments , each designed to massage differently and get deeper into the muscle, so can change the type and intensity of massage. It's very easy to use and comes in a convenient carrying case. Battery life is quite long and I have only charged it once so far. Absolutely has changed my life! This is a very good vibratory massager. Yes you can massage yourself. I use it for my middle and lower back with the foam ball attachment as well as sore spots like my rotators and shoulders. You don't need to use it long - it leaves you tingling and itching which, to me, means it is getting the blood moving in all those sore spots. I feel better shortly after using and definitely the next day. Works excellently and has changed my life. Overall, it is a perfect tool for self-massage. I definitely have recommended it to all my family and friends.

Each one can be used to target a specific muscle or area of the body. I lift weights and often have sore muscles in my shoulders and thighs and this massager has really helped me loosen them up. There are multiple speeds/strengths as well. The charge holds for a long time as well. I've only charged it once, the day I received it, and I've used it quite a few times already!

Deep tissue massage for sure. My husband suffers from sore legs every night and this has been the only thing to actual loosen his muscles. Three different speed settings, easy to hold onto...
