I pull muscles in my back at work a lot. Not because I'm not lifting right, it's the tight areas and the contorted positions of pulling crates. I wish I had this massage a couple weeks ago when I had to go to the Doctors and get a shot to finish out my day at work.The next day it was worse and had to purchase a back brace. I have been to pain management and received different treatments from pressure point to being stretched to ease the tension in my back. One thing they could not do was crack my back and for years my back has not been cracked. I use the Massager up and down my spine after long days on my feet and heavy lifting. Today I didn't work but the tension was there, after using it for about 10 minutes up and down my spine, My back actually cracked and it felt so good.

I really like that there are several attachments with 6 settings to choose from. It is really easy to change the attachments from one to the other. The highest speed is very intense.It works the deeper tissue very well and is a great massage tool.

Comes with a carrying case to hold everything which is convenient. Great for sore muscles which i have often from the work i do. This has worked wonders on solving that problem. Surprisingly quiet and extremely powerful for being battery powered. Love that is has many different attachments to reach all pressure points. My favorite is the neck fork. Works well and not painful like some other deep tissue massagers.

I usually ask my husband to run it out but my kinks are usually so deep it wears his hands out. This massager goes deep and not much power is needed. Even the lower levels are pretty efficient. I found the higher levels to be too much. The numerous attachments are good, but I havent found a need to use them all yet. Overall, a decent, effective tool.
