Although nothing can compare to a hands on massage, this massage gun does a pretty good job on my back and neck. The ball and flat attachment work well on my back and the fork helps ease my neck tension. It’s simple to use and I can even have my kids use it on me, on the areas I can’t reach

Each muscle group needs different treatment depending on the issue. We have used it on old and young people and everyone agrees this is the best.

Each one can be used to target a specific muscle or area of the body. I lift weights and often have sore muscles in my shoulders and thighs and this massager has really helped me loosen them up. There are multiple speeds/strengths as well. The charge holds for a long time as well. I've only charged it once, the day I received it, and I've used it quite a few times already!

This is especially true after a good amount of exercise. I feel this really does help to relieve that and loosen those muscles. I find the most relief and benefit on my quads and hamstrings. Those get so tight they cause me sciatica pain periodically and this thing really helped get in deep and loosen them up. You still need to stretch of course, but after you get used to it, this thing feels great. I love it. It seems to be well made, has some weight to it, and works flawlessly.
