i love this gps, its the only brand i buy, very easy to set up

teriible navagation system sends you the worst ways

This unit does not work very well. The screen is not clear and it won’t allow any changes.
This unit will not follow the most direct route, rather it chooses to go out of the way.
It always take the longest route. I am very dissatisfied with this unit.

Dissatisfied

I've had an older version of Garmin Nuvi for over a decade so I'm used to that.  The only reason why I had to change was that the old one wasn't charging anymore due to a socket problem.
Garmin Nuvi is user-friendly just like the previous one.  
But the new Garmin Nuvi has no option for entering zip code which is essential when there are similar addresses.  
Can't figure out how to tell Garmin that I live in Arizona or how to change my home address.
 Not used to having the scrolling function on the left instead of on the right.
Have to figure out how to save addressess to categories.  Currently it just goes to a Saved pool .
